I had no problem with going into the changing rooms or anything like that. However, please, Windsor. Please take care of us girls that are on the bigger side. Diversity is key. That's just the look and feel, aesthetically very old mall. I wouldn't be able to tell about service bc I hardly saw anyone with uniform that looks like they work for the mall operations. As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. I'm excited to see a Singapore Cafe type spot is opening soon! Can't wait.

The restaurants are great and the theater is huge. Their kids' clothes are so cute and trendy. The sale section here was small but I think it just depends on the season. Zara's is like an upscale H&M or MNGO. Their prices range a lot but you can find great deals here when you shop the sale section. Their women's clothing is always on trend. I like that their sizes fit shorter folk like myself. They also sell men's clothes, perfume, shoes, purses, and other accessories like belts. They're located upstairs in the mall. It's smaller than half the other Zara's I've been to.

Egads--Some merchandise was not organized by size. Racks were stuffed. Conclusion: After this visit, I will appreciate the Talbots Outlet Store on Wolf Road even more. The staff there is always professional and helpful. The outlet store is organized and maintained very well.

When I saw i was blown away by the level of service and attention I received, whew an experience. The woman who helped in the dressing room kept checking on all of us ladies back there. She checked sizes for me, put together items, and then threw in a necklace. I got two cute outfits, had a great experiences, and laughed with the other ladies about my bag mishaps.
