I had no problem with going into the changing rooms or anything like that. However, please, Windsor. Please take care of us girls that are on the bigger side. Diversity is key. And service is pretty nice too but with these prices, I will stick with three stars.

There is an uneven balance to this mall... there's an area where it looks updated. Then other spots... just feels old and icky. The food court is not very appealing. The bathrooms are not very clean. That's just the look and feel, aesthetically very old mall. I wouldn't be able to tell about service bc I hardly saw anyone with uniform that looks like they work for the mall operations. As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. I'm excited to see a Singapore Cafe type spot is opening soon! Can't wait.

The restaurants are great and the theater is huge. There are some decent clothing stores and fun shops like lush and bath and bodywork's etc. It's a fun place to kill a few hours or a whole day if you wanted! It can be dirty in the bathrooms but I think that it's just that busy all the time it's hard to keep up with.

Their kids' clothes are so cute and trendy. The sale section here was small but I think it just depends on the season. Zara's is like an upscale H&M or MNGO. Their prices range a lot but you can find great deals here when you shop the sale section. Their women's clothing is always on trend. I like that their sizes fit shorter folk like myself. They also sell men's clothes, perfume, shoes, purses, and other accessories like belts. They're located upstairs in the mall. It's smaller than half the other Zara's I've been to.

I knew that there was a store in the Albany, NY area, and contacted the store to make sure the sale was the same as the catalog, and it was. I spoke with GINA on the phone, and she pulled a couple of pairs of pants for me to try on when I came into the store. My mom & I did indeed visit the store the same day, and we had excellent service from everyone in the store! We both ended up getting many items, with exceptional service, as well as saving additional 10% opening credit cards. GINA & her store were awesome and I will not hesitate to go into that store again for my purchases. Please remind all associates of J Jill to treat their customers like they would want to be treated. I will be visiting MASHPEE, MA this weekend, but will NEVER visit the J Jill store there after my terrible experience. As for the Burlington, VT store, as well as the Albany, NY store, I will never hesitate to go into both of those stores, as they deliver GREAT customer service!

In the adjoining room, racks of breathtaking gowns to playful grown-up rompers wait to be touched and swirled. It's a rather large place, filled with intelligent stock and only a few of "wait, what?" pieces from runway design. The owner is such a sweetheart that I feel ridiculous not remembering her name. Not worth our time noting a lot of details. I purchased a cotton/linen dressy jacket for $65. The clerk did not fold it carefully as expected before tossing it in a bag. No thank you was uttered. Egads--Some merchandise was not organized by size. Racks were stuffed. Conclusion: After this visit, I will appreciate the Talbots Outlet Store on Wolf Road even more. The staff there is always professional and helpful. The outlet store is organized and maintained very well.

The store refused a refund because it was 2 days past a deadline, presumably set for clothing that could be worn. A deadline for flawed merchandise? How can that be? The customer service is basically like Forever 21 so you're on your own, and when you find someone they have no clue about the sizes/promotions/current prices. This place gives me anxiety :(
