She was friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. When the crystal charm on my bracelet fell off, she assisted me with getting a replacement without any issues. Unfortunately, the replacement crystal charm also fell off shortly afterward. While I absolutely love the meaning behind the bracelet and the inspiration it represents, I'm disappointed with the quality and durability of the charms. Having the charm fall off not once, but twice, was frustrating. The customer service was excellent thanks to Jade, but I hope the company improves the quality of its charm attachments because the products are beautiful and have so much meaning behind them.
