They thoroughly and attentively explained to me the differences in the grades and gave me helpful input about whether I should choose white gold or platinum, round or princess cut, etc. I needed the chain customized for both 16 inch and 18 inches, so I will be picking it up on Monday so I can wear it both ways, no additional charge. I left there really happy about my purchase as well as their exceptional service and I don't even leave Tiffany & Co. half as excited. They adjusted the bracelet as I waited too which was much appreciated, even after I offered to leave it until later. I did have a watch I did not buy from them adjusted about a year ago and the service was very reasonably priced, especially considering I tried myself and gauged the band. I definitely recommend giving this local shop a shot before you buy from a chain or online. They have a nice sized clearance section and other sales too.
