She held the boat for me so that I could secure funds, and when a slight delay came about with the funding at my bank, she reassured me that that all was well and that she would continue to hold the boat until the matter was resolved. I asked about an outboard for the boat and she had me one in no time flat. Snug Harbor serviced the outboard and had it ready for me when I picked up the boat. It has been great! And as far as price goes, any of the reviews saying his services are costly never got another quote from another on the water facility. Wes is generally 30% better than singleton or MarineMax. Often more than 30% better! I moved out of Hideaway a year ago and continue to drive across the lake to let them service my boat. It's there now and I'm picking it up Friday after a full detail and yearly service. All being done for again 30% less than MarineMax and Singlton.
