The service staff was exceptional and gave me a detailed report and recommendations on my boat. My anxiety of buying a used boat was lowered significantly and I knew that I had a place to get any service that was needed done and at a fair price. I also had it completely detailed which made it look almost as good as the new boats on the floor. I was going to do it myself, but this was money well spent. Thanks to the entire staff at Pull Watersports.

DO NOT GO THERE... The ABSOLUTE worst service experience in my life. I dropped off my boat back on…read moreThanksgiving weekend. Had some routine winterizing and a few items to fix. Its been over 6 months and my boat is still not working correctly. They continue to say they are looking into the issues and still not once did they confirm that they are actually fixing the issues. From the lack of knowledge to boat maintenance and service, horrible communication skills and non existence responsiveness to the customers. This place is the absolute worst nightmare. They will lie to your face and tell you its being worked on this week... and then when you call back, (because they wont call me and give me any updates, it takes me calling them on the daily), they continue to say that its still not in the schedule yet for the repairs. Once you finally do talk to someone, they say that the boat is functional and we can take it when we want and bring it back when we are done to get it back into the shop for repairs (which will never happen, hence the 6 months they have had my boat. But then, after talking to the service techs... they tell me that there's electrical issues and safety issues that make the boat functionable BUT NOT reliable or safe. WORST SERVICE SHOP EVER!! Do not take your boat there if you value your money or possessions.

This was actually my second boat I have received from Austin and he's always been extremely prompt with getting back to me every time I reach out. I don't typically write reviews and I rarely have the opportunity to provide glowing praise for…read moresalesmen, and a dealership. In the case of Singleton Marine, and in particular Dave Palmero I can't say enough good things. My wife and I wanted to purchase an Express Cruiser and came to Dave for help. He listened attentively to our desires, our budget, and our future plans and showed us several boats. He would always state the things he thought would work, in our case, and things that might prove detrimental. He was patient and never pressured us one way or the other. When Dave found a boat he though fit our needs he called us immediately. The boat he chose was perfect! The boat was actually much cheaper than one we thought we should buy. What was even more impressive than his boat selection, was the service he provided after the sale. We ordered a survey and Dave asked the surveyor for the list of "fix" items before he had even produced the report. Dave had those items addressed and in the works for fixing before we called. Bear in mind the list was small and mostly inconsequential, but he addressed them nonetheless. Our surveyor was incredibly impressed with the condition of the boat, it was 9 years old, had few hours on it, kept in fresh water under cover and meticulously maintained. When we closed Dave made arrangements for a slip so we could move right in, the slip was perfect. Since the sale we have texted, called, or emailed Dave with questions, oftentimes way to many, he is quick to reply and never too busy, his replies always cheerful. When he walks through the dock his former customers wave and strike up a conversation, he is never too busy to stop and talk with them. I would be remiss in my review if I didn't mention the on-staff boat captain Singleton uses when delivering the boat, Captain Jeff. Captain Jeff is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely good at what he does. This my first purchase of a multi-engine boat that wasn't a bass boat, and to say there are differences would be an understatement. Captain Jeff showed us all the systems, explained how they worked, and showed us how to operate the boat. His service was invaluable. In a few years we plan on upgrading to a bigger boat and I guarantee you it will be Dave and Singleton Marine we go to for that purchase.

I have been taking my boats to MarineMax since purchasing my first boat from them in 2018. The…read moreservice team, led by Eric Richards, is outstanding. Over the years, they have assisted me with warranty issues on both my Boston Whaler 130SS and my Crest tritoon. When the boat cover on the Crest deteriorated after four years, they proactively worked with the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement cover to be fitted. I routinely bring my 13-foot Boston Whaler in for service, and I am treated with the same level of care and respect as if I had just purchased a 45-foot Sea Ray. MarineMax has also serviced boats I did not purchase from them, including my Ranger Tug and now my Cutwater. They never attempt to sell unnecessary repairs or services. Their mechanics are highly knowledgeable, take the time to answer questions, and provide practical advice on maintaining both the boats and engines. I trust them completely with my boats and would not take them anywhere else.

Please avoid these scam artists at all costs. I don't know how their sales division is, but their…read moreservice division scammed my dad out of $14,000. And the same issue remains on our boat. My dad has a cruiser named Bamboozle on Lake Lanier, and it would randomly beep and go back to idle speed. I called around and found Marine Max had a lift at Bald Ridge marina, near our home, and availability for a diagnostic. Which was great because most other mechanics couldn't even call me back. I had to leave to head back to my home in Honolulu, and my dad followed up with the shop. I don't know what they replaced or did to the boat, all I know is that after $14,000 the boat will still randomly beep and go back to idle speed every now and then. They must have told my 75 year old dad all kinds of BS about things that "needed to be replaced" but were really fine. They pulled apart the motor to perform these expensive and unnecessary repairs. He won't give me details about it, I think he's too embarrassed and ashamed. If I can save anyone a few thousand dollars from this review, some good can come out of this situation.
