It has been great! And as far as price goes, any of the reviews saying his services are costly never got another quote from another on the water facility. Wes is generally 30% better than singleton or MarineMax. Often more than 30% better! I moved out of Hideaway a year ago and continue to drive across the lake to let them service my boat. It's there now and I'm picking it up Friday after a full detail and yearly service. All being done for again 30% less than MarineMax and Singlton. Mary was delightful, and the service manager went above and beyond for me. The cost of service was less than I expected. Buying a boat is not quite like buying a car, who you buy your boat from really matters. First off, repairs on a used boat can be a costly surprise. Secondly, I keep boats for a long time (last Nautique for 20 years), thus you need a partner to help service through the years. They assessed damage, said they needed it 3 weeks to get work done. We had a window of 4 weeks, so we thought we were good. Got coach back in 7 weeks & had to cancel several trips and events we had on our schedule. Quality of the work was OK. Not sure why almost everything inside to coach (like items in a cabinet) were taken out and left all over the coach, given that the work didn't involve that area of the coach. Floor was not protected and found lots of Black dirt and grease. We asked that an air leak be accessed at our expense of $500+. First night after we left, air pump ran constantly. So evidently they didn't do anything and just made an extra $500 They called us part way through the work to say that our chassis batteries were low. We had already planned to replace house batteries, but the Chassis bateries were only 2 years old. First ones lasted 6 years. What really happened is that they ran down our chassis battereis. When we picked up coach, they had it running. Drove about 50 miles where we stopped for fuel. Cut engine off to fuel and would not crank afterwards. We tried auxlillary start and even tried to jump from my Jeep. Nothing worked. Had to call roadside service, since were were dead at Kroger fuel pumps. Wasted over an hour until roadside service brought batteries. Wish Spartan had told us that they had to jump it off that morning - a "minor" detail they didn't think was important to tell us. My recommendation -DO NOT TAKE YOUR COACH HERE FOR WORK. THEY LIE TO YOU AND LEAD YOU ON.

The owner can rarely be found at the shop, won't return phone calls, and boats are stored unlocked outside of gates and utter disorganization inside the gates. Most of The employees are very nice and apologize for the lack of communication ---they too cannot get their boss on the phone, nor can they even tell me when he will be back. Seems like the boss (owner) has some other more important things to do than to run his business. Unfortunately all the employees aren't trained for all types of repairs so they couldn't help in this situation. --- though they did try. I appreciated that. SO, If you like lack of communication, an unresponsive owner, and an unsecured location, this place is for you.
