I googled this place and found it online and after researching decided to visit here on Memorial Day weekend! They had two options even during the busy holiday weekend; a brand-new pontoon boat or a jet ski. My girlfriend and I chose the pontoon boat and decided to invite her brother. Before arriving I completed a boat readiness test which was very easy but was a requirement to rent the boat. When we pulled up to the marina I was surprised to see that it was everything I was hoping for! There was a ramp down to the rental spot and it got me in the mood for the adventure that was about to transpire. Everything was clean and all the staff was dressed in matching uniforms and they explained everything in detail that left me with no confusion. The boat was brand new and have a great stereo on it! We chose to rent the pontoon boat for four hours and drove all the way out to Sunset Cove where there were many boats and lots of partying going on! We cruised around throughout the boats and felt fancy for a bit lol. After returning there was a really cool tiki hut bar and outdoor restaurant! Total cost for the boat rental was $266 which we split three ways for four hours. We had to fill up the gas tank which was only about $22. Highly, highly, highly recommend you go here and you'll probably see me out there every single weekend!

The service staff was exceptional and gave me a detailed report and recommendations on my boat. My anxiety of buying a used boat was lowered significantly and I knew that I had a place to get any service that was needed done and at a fair price. I also had it completely detailed which made it look almost as good as the new boats on the floor. I was going to do it myself, but this was money well spent. Its been over 6 months and my boat is still not working correctly. They continue to say they are looking into the issues and still not once did they confirm that they are actually fixing the issues. From the lack of knowledge to boat maintenance and service, horrible communication skills and non existence responsiveness to the customers. This place is the absolute worst nightmare. They will lie to your face and tell you its being worked on this week... and then when you call back, (because they wont call me and give me any updates, it takes me calling them on the daily), they continue to say that its still not in the schedule yet for the repairs. Once you finally do talk to someone, they say that the boat is functional and we can take it when we want and bring it back when we are done to get it back into the shop for repairs (which will never happen, hence the 6 months they have had my boat. But then, after talking to the service techs... they tell me that there's electrical issues and safety issues that make the boat functionable BUT NOT reliable or safe. WORST SERVICE SHOP EVER!! Do not take your boat there if you value your money or possessions.

The lot was half full. If you're eager to go boating, get here early. I know it sucks not to sleep in and drink later in day, but the parking can be a pain in the ass I feel like if you get here too late. Checking In - My friend and another person were Captains... aka, learn the boat stuff. Took around 20ish mins? We bought a ton of us with us. Food, drinks, etc. I think the only rule is no glasses? I'd advise to bring a ton of water bottles, a ton of booze, mini soda cans, trash bags (we forgot!), and solo cups (we forgot this too). After we found out spot on the lake, we just chilled. As we got back to the dock, the folks that helped us earlier were there as well. Got us back into the boat spot. Not sure how much it was... but this was totally fun. I'd come here to rent a boat!

He also alerted me to some of the issues that this Jetski has and what to watch for in the future. I take my Jet ski in every winter for a once over and Dane does an excellent job with the winterizing. He's honest and isn't going to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. As long as I own a Jet Ski, he's my repairman.

First impressions are that this one does not quite have it's act together either. Their web site says you can reserve boats online but searching all over the site does not present that option. I called about half a dozen times over the course of a day before someone finally answered the phone. When I finally reached someone and said I wanted to rent both a pontoon boat and a jet ski the owner's first response was that he never rents jet skis and pontoon boats together because we might "ding" the side of his brand new pontoon boats with the jet ski (I guess he's not familiar with damage deposits). Then he asked how old the jet ski drivers would be and I said various ages, and then finally he told me he didn't have any pontoon boats on the day I was asking about anyway. What a maroon.
