Secondly, I keep boats for a long time (last Nautique for 20 years), thus you need a partner to help service through the years. I asked about an outboard for the boat and she had me one in no time flat. Snug Harbor serviced the outboard and had it ready for me when I picked up the boat. In the case of Singleton Marine, and in particular Dave Palmero I can't say enough good things. My wife and I wanted to purchase an Express Cruiser and came to Dave for help. He listened attentively to our desires, our budget, and our future plans and showed us several boats. He would always state the things he thought would work, in our case, and things that might prove detrimental. He was patient and never pressured us one way or the other. When Dave found a boat he though fit our needs he called us immediately. The boat he chose was perfect! The boat was actually much cheaper than one we thought we should buy. What was even more impressive than his boat selection, was the service he provided after the sale. We ordered a survey and Dave asked the surveyor for the list of "fix" items before he had even produced the report. Dave had those items addressed and in the works for fixing before we called. Bear in mind the list was small and mostly inconsequential, but he addressed them nonetheless. Our surveyor was incredibly impressed with the condition of the boat, it was 9 years old, had few hours on it, kept in fresh water under cover and meticulously maintained. When we closed Dave made arrangements for a slip so we could move right in, the slip was perfect. Since the sale we have texted, called, or emailed Dave with questions, oftentimes way to many, he is quick to reply and never too busy, his replies always cheerful. When he walks through the dock his former customers wave and strike up a conversation, he is never too busy to stop and talk with them. I would be remiss in my review if I didn't mention the on-staff boat captain Singleton uses when delivering the boat, Captain Jeff. Captain Jeff is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely good at what he does. This my first purchase of a multi-engine boat that wasn't a bass boat, and to say there are differences would be an understatement. Captain Jeff showed us all the systems, explained how they worked, and showed us how to operate the boat. His service was invaluable. In a few years we plan on upgrading to a bigger boat and I guarantee you it will be Dave and Singleton Marine we go to for that purchase.

It's there now and I'm picking it up Friday after a full detail and yearly service. All being done for again 30% less than MarineMax and Singlton. How is it that you can get lucky enough to not only find a new boat you love, but a new family along the way!? This exactly the way we feel when dealing with the entire team at Singleton. From the first day we bought our first boat the team at Singleton went above and beyond all expectations. When we had a need they did whatever it took to make it right for us and it was clear right away they valued a long term relationship with their customers. On my sons birthday we found we had a problem with the boat. They were as concerned as we were to get us out on the water for his party and put their entire team of service folks immediately out to fix the problem, no questions asked. Not only our super salesperson Shelly, but every person in the service group knows us by name (especially our kids!) and are always there to ask how we are doing and if there is anything they can do for us. Most impressive has been the leadership and support we have received from Konrad, the group manger. Konrad is so focused on our happiness in the boat that he spends the extra time to get everything right and then some, and even gives some surf boarding advice along the way! When the time came to get in to our next boat we would never think of looking anywhere else. The entire team had excellent advise and guidance and helped us get to the right balance of features and function for us. They didn't try to oversell, but put us in a boat that would be best for our family. Who could ask for anything more! The team at Singleton has developed our love for the water, and more especially for the exceptional people associated with it at Singleton. My husband and I are avid boaters. Having never purchased a new boat we relied on a referral from our friends as to who we should speak to about this very large purchase. The recommendations were unanimous, Eric Bentley, at Singleton. We introduced ourselves to Eric at the boat show earlier this year. Immediately I could see why everyone was so impressed with him. He's incredibly down to earth, honest, and clearly desires to look out for your best interest. At the boat show we were expecting this purchase to be at least a year off. He still spent ALL the time with us. He never shuffled us off, he didn't look at us as not serious. (We are young. Many people may not take us seriously.) In June, we got bitten by the new boat bug bad. Having decided to move up the purchase, we went over to Singleton and Eric walked us through all the options. I was SURE I wanted a Cobalt R5. Eric wanted us to know all the options and based on what we wanted he helped us decide on a Regal LS6. We could not be happier. He located the boat of our dreams at another one of their locations and was able to get it to town in a very reasonable time. Financing was going to be the last hurdle to cross. Having never had a "pleasure loan" we were unsure of how to navigate these waters, no pun intended. We were honest with Eric about our financial situation and he went to town helping find just the right bank to get the deal done. Eric was with us every step of the way. I just wanted to write a quick review to let you know and others know that your dealership in Buford was a great help in solving a strange problem. Matt did everything he could to get me my boat back for the weekend, knowing I had a bunch of family coming in from out of town, and they wanted to see my 5 year son wakeboard (and now ski). I had some previous work done there (about a list of 9 or 10 things) and everything was completed correctly and with great quality. After that service, the boat started to turn things on and off by itself, and we were not sure if it was the result of the previous work. Matt and his service team got right in and determine the problem (not from previous work), and replaced the bad part. I could not be happier with Singleton Marine Group, and a lot of that has to do with how professional and competent Matt was in handling my service. Even though it is about 1.5 hours for me to get to your shop, I will most definitely continue to bring my boat there for service. read more

This occurs frequently to other boat renters, as it could get stuck from remnants of the city below the lake. It was $40 to replace the anchor. Overall, we'll definitely return. Folks at Port Royale Marina were so accommodating and informative.

I told them when I toured the property prior to making a deposit. and I paid an event fee.I still look back at my wedding day with anger, frustration, and tears because of the mistreatment and the rudeness that they displayed. You can make whatever excuse you want. But the home had cobwebs, lightbulbs out, TV not working, a toilet not working, etc. The grass was up to our knees and there were dead plants and flowers all over the property, which looked very different from when I toured the home. The people I interacted with were extremely disrespectful. Again, it's been eight years and I still have never gotten an apology. Never once got an apology for being told the day before my wedding that if I wasn't happy with the property, I could go somewhere else. Clearly there is no shame or regret for how this association treats people who spend their hard earned money to rent their properties. Thank you Faith for bringing my old review to my attention again so I can make sure to let everyone know not to go through your organization.
