I have a new Spark and had a check engine light come on while on the lake. Took it to Jet Thrust and they not only fixed that but found a couple of other issues and corrected them while also doing a recall that had come out for my sound system. I spoke with Matt who took the time to answer all my questions as I'm new to watercraft. I also spoke with the owner who wrote up my service request as the other staff were busy with other customers. TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. PAY OVER RETAIL PRICING. Went it to purchase a new JetSki with CASH MONEY in my pocket. I was 100% serious about buying one the same day. Jet Thrust will not come off MSRP. Retail pricing, Ok that is fine, however, on top of paying retail they want to charge ridiculous amount of extra money for PREP and DESTINATION. You end up paying over a thousand dollars MORE than you should. That's pure dealer profit on top of what they already make (Invoice price vs Retail price). Google search indicates the prep takes a competent mechanic 30 minutes to accomplish. At $120 and hour, that's $60. Google search indicates destination charges are $125. (125+60=$185). Why are they charging over $1000 for something that is roughly $185? Folks, there are many other options for purchasing a new JetSki than this place. A simple google search shows many dealers within metro Atlanta. And places that will work with you on pricing. I took my business elsewhere and got a fair deal. Keeping a dealer in business with them making a living is one thing. Price gouging is another. People that are not educated with this continue to keep this place alive and well. read more

Excellent and honest owner and staff. Did a pre inspection on a private purchase ski and saved me money. Been going there for over 10 years for all service and never had a bad experience. They know their product well. Won't let anyone else work on my skis. read more

3 years ago I bought 2 wave runners from Dwayne. He and his staff have been great. Have always received good service and I bring my super jet to him for service now too. Keep up the great service Dwayne! read more

The owner Dwayne was rude and has zero customer service skills. We ordered our unit at the Atlanta boat show in January. My wife called numerous times to get status and each time was told "soon". Finally, in April, I called to get the status and was told they were waiting on the trailer. I asked if there was a different option for the trailer and was told the aluminum was better and they had one in stock for a few hundred dollars more. Of course, that was fine, but why did we have to ask? Also why does the customer have to call to get status? Not once did anyone reach out to us. When we took delivery, it seemed like the owner Dwayne was inconvenienced to have to deal with us. I absolutely am appalled at the service we received and wonder how they are in business. I will be purchasing another SeaDoo but NOT from Jet Thrust Performance. read more

I should have gone with my gut instinct and not purchased my new Yamaha Waverunner and trailer from Jet Thrust. My friend and I observed the owner of the dealership engaging a customer in a hostile dispute as I purchased my watercraft. Unfortunately, I too had the unfortunate occasion to form a disagreement with the same individual owner. Without getting into specifics, my experience has left me with a less than satisfactory opinion of Jet Thrust. I will not return for any reason. read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE EVER!!! Very bad experience - 0 star for professional and 0 star for customer service!!! I had problem with my jet sky and I put it for service in this shop, they charge me over 350$ and it's didn't been fix!! I tried call them Wednesday after checking the jet at the lake and saw the problem DIDNT BEEN FIX!! i called over 6 times and no one answer or call back even after I left message on phone and website! I got call back on Saturday (3 days later), I was promised because I service a week before and the problem didn't been fix I no need to wait and they will take care of it right away so I drove there and put my jet sky again to be fix, guess what - of course they didn't work on it at all "cause they are busy"! When I call today (Tuesday) after 3 business days cause I didn't heard anything the guy was REALLY RUDE and even told me we busy and you can come pick it up and go to different shop to get it fix!!! Now I'm missing my vacation trip to Florida because they promise and didn't stay behind they word! DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THEM!! read more

Terrible. Do not deal with them. Quoted one price and charged more when I went to pick up the jetski and would not honor agreed on price over phone. They did come down a little but the whole experience was terrible and Duane did not seem to care about customer service. This was confirmed when 1 week later we were unable to get the jetski started. It is in the water and not on a trailer. We called to see if they would come out and look at it, out of curtesy, the ski was just picked up and only has 1 hour on it. They refused to do a warranty service call without charging a fee to come out. I understand this might be what they do but we just purchased the ski from them and now it is not running. Do not deal with them they do not care about their customers. To top things off Duane is not a very nice person to talk to, I was basically told too bad so sad if yo want it fixed figure out how to get it to us. I will not be taking anything to them warranty or not and I will bot be purchasing or referring anyone to them ever. read more
