Since then, I have bought 2 jet skis and a fishing kayak from them. I am not easily impressed, but they have consistently performed at excellent levels. I know they are very competitive on price, but even more importantly, they stay committed after the sale. From initial training to properly use the equipment to helping when there is a problem, the service team's expertise and responsiveness has always met the same standards as the original sales people. Most recently, my boat had a problem on a Saturday evening. It would not crank. They are closed Sunday and Monday. I called them first thing Tuesday as I have a large group of guests coming the following Friday. They could not promise a fix but they committed to trying to work me in, diagnose the problem and hopefully fix it. When I got to the lake Thursday, the boat was fixed and running. Obviously if it had been a major problem, I might have not been able to have the boat running, but the point is they worked me in, came to my home and resolved the issue in a couple of days in spite of the fact that I did not have a previous appointment. Most people don't offer that kind of service. I have been and remain a very loyal customer. I recommend these folks. Price matters, but again they are very competitive. But when you spend a lot of money on a boat, follow up service may matter more. There is nothing worse than an idle boat on a summer weekend with no idea of when it might get fixed. I have never had that problem since buying from these guys. Seven years after selling me the boat, they are still there for me. Outstanding!

When I arrived the service advisor wanted to check with the shop foreman to see if they would even consider working on it because of it's age (2008 model). He agreed and assured me they "specialized in Volvo". After a few days I received a text letting me know the estimate for diagnosing it would be $655.00. I called to speak to service advisor to understand why just diagnosing was so high. I asked what their hourly rate is and he told me they quote everything by the job and he would not budge on the price. Reluctantly, I let them proceed. After about a week, they texted with a repair estimate of $18K. I called to discuss again and the service advisor couldn't answer any of my questions so he sent me to the shop foreman again. He explained that a gear sheared a tooth in the upper unit and there is also metal shavings in the lower unit so they need to replace both. I asked about repairing vs replacing and he said they don't do that. We discussed multiple options of used units and sending out for a rebuild but he wasn't interested in any of those. Apparently, they only "specialize in Volvo" if its simple maintenance or easy parts replacement - actual mechanic work, not so much. The shop foreman was also a little rude and condescending. I was stuck with a $755 bill for diagnosis and shop supplies for a repair they weren't qualified/willing to complete. Never again... **Update** The Operations Manager saw this review and called me to discuss. He offered to refund my money BUT ONLY IF I removed this review. I guess customer satisfaction only matters to them when it's beneficial to them.

The sales process was done with no pressure and presented us with lots of great choices and loads of information. The parts manager was extremely helpful in getting us key accessories for our boat. The service manager and his staff did a great job of prepping our boat and adding our extras. Our boat was delivered to our home on time. The salesman and shop technician spent a lot of time showing us all the features of the boat. We could not be more satisfied with the whole boat buying and delivery process that we received from Crowe Marine. I highly recommend them. Thank you Crowe Marine. Great job.

These are rude people. Do yourself a favor. Shop anywhere else. Leave the lake if you need too. Find anyone else you can before buying anything there.

Locally owned and run. The staff knows their product and can help find needed parts... (if the…read moreparts can be found). They also know the lake and can spot newbies a mile away!!!! They like everyone else have been hit with shortages in supplies. They are honest up front and do not put a delivery time on anything. Local Yamaha motor repair shop. Make sure you are willing to leave the motor for a while so they can service it. (2 weeks for the first service)..... The only downfall is they are closed on Sundays and have short hours on Saturday, but that is the same as all boat shops here on Lake Oconne.

During our time on the lake we followed instructions to remain within a designated boundary to avoid rocky areas and stayed far inland however we hit some rocks and the prop had to be exchanged midway through our 4 hour block. We again drove under the bridge as instructed and left the boat in neutral in the middle of the lake for most of the remaining time block. We did not see any rocks which of course you would not in the middle of a lake but the new prop sustained minor damage a second time. We were charged an additional $500 for damages. In addition, we returned the boat early in an effort to avoid any further charges and we were ignored when trying to return the life vests for possible sterilization prior to re-use as we are in the middle of a Covid-19 pandemic.
