Buyer Beware Buyer…read morebeware when using their financing services. I was told that the loan could be paid off early, which led me to believe that making additional payments along with the regular monthly payment would reduce the principal and pay the loan down faster. However, after reading the fine print, I discovered that paying down the principal requires sending a separate payment to a completely different address. This process was not disclosed during the financing discussions. The SxS was also not properly cleaned when we arrived to pick it up. We had to wait while the cleaning was completed, and there is still some mold remaining in the seats. No additional discount was offered for the condition of the vehicle. They are supposedly trying to get a warranty through Kawasaki to address the issue, but at this point, I don't have high hopes that this will come through. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle from them: do a thorough inspection before taking possession of the vehicle. Check the cleanliness and condition carefully, look for mold or other issues, and make sure you fully understand how their financing and additional payments work before signing.

I was working with the owner Robert since he was selling out of his Garage and I'm so happy to see how he has grown his business. And rightfully so. Robert is a stand-up person. Super fair and an absolute delight to work with. He is honest, fair, and has always done right by me. I have amazing memories riding atv's with my kids and taking my wife and daughter and son out for spins on the motorcycle because Robert made it easy for me to make this happen. I truly appreciate Fusion Powersports and I'm super happy they are a part of our North Pauling community. I looki forward to doing more business with them in the future... eying a golf cart now!!

Arrived wet and walked around until I found the bike. Everyone in there looking at me because I was soaked. Walked around some more, looked at the Goldwing. I purchased a new motorcycle here - the deal was ok - the deal was fair. I liked how I was treated…read more What prompted me to write a review was my most recent service visit. I experienced a very bizarre problem with my bike and wasn't particularly happy about it. I don't like going to the dealer - any dealer - for repair work because it seems like nothing is ever covered under warranty and it's always somehow my fault. This was one of those problems. I gave the service manager a hard time and while my complaint was a bit obscure the manager and techs took the time to understand my complaint and work through the bike. In the end I feel like the service department went a bit beyond what was necessary. I was treated in a professional manner and I felt like they did a good job with my bike. I ride away feeling satisfied and SAFE which is what is most important to me. I still don't like going to the dealer for service, but I'll come back here because I think these guys treat people with fairness, and they know what they're doing. AAA+

Never had a bad experience. We walked in sales guy said he would be right with us. I asked about the raptor he said they didn't have any in the showroom but he could search the other stores he was sure they had them just not put together. So we see a can am spyder get totally side tracked and I say to my wife wanna get a can am she's like I don't know if I like them. They salesperson tells us all about them he was a cool guy very knowledgeable. After about 20min weighing pros and cons of having dirt bikes and 4 wheelers we decided to ride the can am. It's was fun it's a toy and it should be fun. The second sales person who helped us with test ride was also super cool both salesman were very low pressure and wanted to make sure you were happy with what you are buying. I appreciated that. Give Mountain Motorsports a try huge inventory and low pressure from my experience.
