After all, we are talking about home protection, not selling shoes here. The alarm installers showed up on time, introduced themselves, and were very easy to work with. Thank you, Ulysses, Marlin, and Edison. Then we had San Marino replace our old camera system. They did a fantastic job of getting all the cameras to cover the strategic areas. I was impressed! Thank you Dennis, Victor, and Chris. I will soon replace my alarm system and cameras at my business, and recommend San Marino Security Systems to anyone who may be serious about protecting their home with an alarm and camera system. They are the best in the business!

The alarm console in my hallway repeatedly beeped every few hours for weeks, and despite calling…read moremultiple times, no one could tell me what was causing it. Each time, I was essentially told that nothing was wrong, even though the beeping clearly continued. At one point, I became so frustrated that I called simply to ask how to turn off the beeping. I have two young children in the house, and the noise was disruptive, especially when it would happen during the night. I was told there would be a charge just to show me how to turn off the beeping -- despite the fact that no one could explain why it was happening in the first place. The representative then told me someone would call me back within five minutes to walk me through how to shut it off. No one ever called. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. If your system is going to repeatedly beep for weeks, I expect the company to be able to identify the problem and provide a reasonable solution -- not tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me to stop the noise.

As someone who was new to firearms, I really appreciated how Edwin took the time to explain firearm safety, walk me through the hands-on portion, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. If you are white, just be mindful of this because it is a fact. The security industry constantly talks about discrimination in one direction, but rarely acknowledges that bias can happen against white employees as well. Equal treatment should apply to everyone equally, regardless of race. Management was unprofessional, dismissive, and failed to address concerns fairly.
