    look at this! Why does MTA and Inter-Con let this happen?

    Based upon the unprofessional and inadequate on the job conduct of its personnel who are charged with protecting passengers and property at the MTA Norwalk-Hoxie Greenline station, Inter-Con is inept and ineffective. A couple of months ago, hardly anyone was at the aforementioned station early one weekend morning. There was a couple of homeless men acting up and being threatening. I had just bought something to eat and my bus, Norwalk #4 was not due for about 25 minutes. Dressed in the way in the middle picture below, I walked from the bus bays across to the far or east side of the lot to eat in privacy and out of the unpleasant sight and scent of the derelicts who Inter-Con permits to beg, live at and occupy the station. Sure enough, I'm eating and I hear a car drive up. A young male Inter-Con guard, olive skin, about 28, mustache, dark hair and ball cap, says to me, "Are you okay?" "What kind of question is that? Of course I'm okay, can't you see I'm eating? I'm waiting for my bus..." Then the guy condescendingly and insultingly says, "The bus benches are over there." I know where the bus benches are ** it., my bus doesn't get here for 20 minutes and you guys let these homeless **** harass us and you do nothing to protect us so because of you I have to walk over here to eat in peace!" "Okay, okay, it's just a question." But this is par for the course with them: confronting and annoying innocent passengers while ignoring lawbreakers. The sights and scents, the human wreckage that Inter-Con does nothing about which vandalizes, uses drugs, harasses, threatens, begs from innocent passengers. Just today, I arrived to wait for the MTA 125 line and this is what I encountered in the picture: The guy was mumbling to himself, playing with lighters, smoking discarded cigarettes, sometimes speaking with rage, and his scent was nauseating. He then hopped onto the same bus I was on and just as I knew he would, he started punching the air violently and shouting in rage. Look at the picture! What is Inter-Con's job if this is what we MTA passengers have to endure!!!

    Where do I even start. This company is the worst. My word of advice become psychic. Because they expect you to know when your parents are going to die. If you have a death in your family these will be the last folks to give you a anytime to grieve.because God forbid you take off..you will get penalized for like I did. I couldn't even make it to my father's funeral to save my last goodbyes because intercon kept dangling the fact that I could get fired or taken off post or suspended. And the day that I did take off when my father first passed away I got penalized for that despite me showing them the obituary. Let's not even get started on the fact that communication with these people are horrible you can never get in contact with who you need to get in contact with everybody in the office is too busy pointing fingers. Uniforms good luck getting those if your uniform happens to rip or tear do not rely on them to even give you new uniforms because they won't even do that. And not to mention when you do leave this company they try to hold on by not releasing you and what I mean by that is that they are slow to show on paperwork that you have been terminated so if you try to say for instance move your 401k you can't even do it because they are so slow with releasing you. The day I left it was it for me. This company is the worst and I would not recommend it to anyone that's trying to get into. Security work and to show you what I'm talking about below is a picture of some uniform pants that I have from them that they refused to fix or even acknowledge despite me sending them emails asking for new uniforms. This was one of the reasons why I left this company as well they treat their guards very poorly. Especially the Pasadena office no one in their seems to know what they're doing everybody points to fingers at everybody else. Being a major company and incompetent should never go in the same sentence but for them it does.

    It's clear why the rating is low; it's a 1.4 star on googl. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. This is Oakland. In over 9 years of going to Highland, there has never been security and metal detectors at every entrance, only at the ER. This visit had an increased police presence so apparently something serious happened. I had my taser on me cause this is Oakland. I told the female guard about the taser. She assumed I had a vehicle to put it then said she would have to throw it away so I asked if it were a gun would they throw it away; she said any and all weapons get trashed. You'd think they'd log weapons and turn them into the police or something. She said she could not hold it until I returned. I asked her what happened and she said she was just doing her job. She refused to share why they had increase security and police presence. As I was leaving I asked her and the male security guard for a contact to their company to inquire about the increased security and police presence; she hid her name tag and he turned his name tag around (see photos). He said go to the ER and talk to someone. Snapped photos of the both of them so when I reach out to management they'll know exactly who they were. Meanwhile the female guard had her mask off and when I told her it was down she only covered her mouth; nose still exposed (see photo). The hospital requires everyone to wear mask. Hers wasn't on til I said something g and still didn't put it on properly cause she was too busy hiding her name tag.

    False insurance card

    One of the worst companies on the planet . Let an employee damage my vehicle / boat, and have done nothing to compensate for the loss. They didn't have insurance, they gave me the run around , they are not professional they are not reliable they produced a false insurance card . This company is not recommended to work for or with in any way .

    I really wish I could get a cushy job like this guy who works at the Los Gatos DMV. It's been sitting on the chair for 30 minutes playing games on his phone. He hasn't moved once. He's not paying attention to anything. When I called the company and spoke to the supervisor they really didn't care that this is how they are using our taxpayer money.

    8:52am, SMSS called to inform me my backup battery was going out. This week a great technician named Vic came out to our home to replace all of my batteries and update the firmware on my system. He was very friendly, efficient, and informative. He explained everything to me and made the process incredibly fast and easy. I could not ask for a better experience. I appreciate how responsive San Marino Security has always been to my needs. They always respond very quickly and their customer service really stands out from most other companies. I can't say enough good things about them. I have referred many friends and family to them and everyone has the same experience. I highly recommend San Marino Security.

As part of the daily perimeter checks, we specifically requested that newspapers be picked up and placed at the front door. Glenn sold us the system, and we later dealt directly with Rob regarding ongoing concerns. The last time we raised this issue, Rob gave us his word that it would be resolved. It has not been resolved. We visited the property today and found clear evidence that the agreed-upon services are not being performed. The pictures speak for themselves. This is apparently how this company treats clients when they believe there is little to no oversight. This is a complete breach of trust. We are being billed for services that are simply not being provided. There is no excuse for charging customers while failing to fulfill basic contractual obligations. Extremely disappointing and entirely unacceptable. No one from Post Alarm has returned my call.
