When they were finally locked out -- they vandalized one of our doors. My husband and I were beyond scared and upset, but knew we had to immediately assert ourselves as people living there now. We decided to hire a Ghost Security offer to patrol + stay inside with us at our home from 6pm-6am for the first few nights. Having the officer there gave us peace of mind and comfort in our new environment and was worth it to help get over the emotional hurdle. The owner Josh is extremely professional, communicative, and was also very empathetic to our issue. The hourly rate is competitive and appreciated the detailed reports sent after each shift. However, beware, they charge an upfront of $95 callout fee, which I was not informed about initially when I was scheduling the service appointment. The lack of transparency on this was the only part that left a bit of a sour note for me. I'd use their service again though.

As someone who was new to firearms, I really appreciated how Edwin took the time to explain firearm safety, walk me through the hands-on portion, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The range portion was my first time ever at a range, and Edwin made it a very positive and educational experience. I've been in the security industry for over 13 years, and obtaining my exposed license was an important next step in my career. Edwin provided the knowledge and confidence I needed to take that step responsibly. I highly recommend Meridian Security Group to anyone looking to obtain a security license.
