I then delt with a Mr Chris who calmed me even more. First impression, the staff was super sweet and immediately understood my issue with the little bit of information that was given. They also understood I was on a time crunch, as I'm traveling cross country, and need service quickly. My truck was is the bay approximately 0935. The shop also smells wonderful and the decor makes it inviting. So far so good guys.... So after having sat all day in a nice establishment, by choice, I noticed that the mechanics worked very hard to ensure my vehicle was worked on in a timely manner. It took every bit of the whole day to complete but all the same it got done the same day. Pros: Kind and knowledgeable staff, quick and efficient Cons: They do not offer military discounts but the prices are reasonable. I left there getting more done to my car than anticipated and paid a whole lot more than I wanted but because I was traveling cross country I was at the mercy of their expertise. The day after my cars brakes and rotors where fixed they squealed quite a bit while going at slow speeds. I called the store back and they instructed me what to do to take care of the matter. I'm sure that if this continues I feel confident that they will handle the situation quickly. Will keep you posted regarding the breaks but feel fully confident giving them a five star rating. read more

I even searched to try to find anywhere that was even remotely close in price, it was a name brand product, and it was still 20% cheaper. This place is good for matrix paint. This business transaction had a rocky start but an awesome finish. The initial charging of the AC system was delayed by a day and ordering of the defective part was also delayed due to miscommunication. To their credit I was charged less than the quoted price for the repair as they did not use as much refrigerant as they thought I would need. First time I have seen that and it is rare to find an honest shop. First time getting my 2012 Mini Cooper serviced and ATC Auto Center made it the least stressful experience. They were super understanding of my hectic schedule as a service member and were always able to answer any of my concerns prior to my appointment. While getting my car serviced, they kept me in the loop as to the status of my car and what they needed to do get my car back on track. I had to get spark plugs and emission coils replaced. In total it took about 1.5 hours for my car to get looked at and fixed. Their waiting area is welcoming and children friendly. I highly recommend taking your car to ATC because their level of customer service is amazing and I would definitely go back to them if my car were to have any problems while I'm in Georgia. read more

What a horrible experience. I dropped off my truck on the 1st, Tuesday not only did they have the truck until today, they charged me $260 and didn't do any repairs! I had to call them several times to try and get answers, after 1 week and 2 days I called once again and told them I would just pick up my vehicle. Their response was... the good new is we are done testing it and can go over repair options. 9 days to do testing, I've worked with automotive shops and 9 days is excessive!! And to charge me when you couldn't even reach out to give me information, I had to call you 3 times!!! Not good service and I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this location! read more

Very good, honest people here. I really appreciate how effective they are at communicating the mechanical workings and problems. One of my wheels was binding and smoking. They ran a full diagnostic and gave me a paper explaining everything that was assessed and in what condition it was in. I had them replace my brake pads and calipers and they waived the diagnostic fee for going through with treatment. I'm always very hesitant about trusting car repair shops because of the stereotypes, so I was double checking all the diagnostics over the phone with my uncle and dad (a car mechanic and an engineer). I highly recommend ATC autocenter. They do good, honest work and even offered to drive me to school when my car was in the shop. On top of that, when my car wouldn't start at the grocery store, they even drove over to help me out on site. Five star service. read more

This is for the new Grovetown location. The staff was awesome. Excellent customer service. I'm no mechanic, but they literally walked me through what they were doing and why it was important. They continually kept me up to date on the progress of my Tahoe. They also look at other important items in your vehicle to provide a snapshot of the overall health of the vehicle for FREE. I actually felt better about my Tahoe afterward, especially since it's a 2003. This will be extremely helpful in the overall upkeep of my vehicle. Once again, great service, great people. Dropped my car off here on a Thursday because there was shaking in the rear end. Being that I'm mechanically inclined I knew it was either the drive shaft or something in that area. After I dropped the vehicle off to let them look over it I had to call because they never will to see what they had come up with. I was quoted $1390 which I figured this was to fix the vehicle and clear codes for a 4wd light (which the codes I knew about, and knew I needed to get the computer reprogrammed). After I thought about how bad I needed the vehicle to get back to work I told them they could fix it. Little did I know after they reset the computer (which always will turn any engine lights off) i was then told that the car was still shaking. So basically I just paid $1390 for nothing because nothing was fixed because when i picked the car up the engine light came back on not even a mile down the road. I looked at the invoice and decide to see why the price was so high and come to find out they charged me double the price for a part. This shop will swindle you if they think you have a couple dollars, that's why I believe they ask where you work so they know how bad they can screw you over. Stay Away wouldn't' recommend unless you wanna get screwed!!! read more

I chose this shop for two reasons, they are certified to work on hybrids and they have really good reviews. See, I had gotten stranded in Georgia right before I needed to drive back to Michigan. After dropping off my car, I was told the accessory battery and hybrid battery both needed replacing. When told I needed a new accessory battery and what their price, he did not take into account(or care) that I told him I wanted to speak with my dad first before he did anything. After calling him a few hours later to tell him I found a cheaper one, he told me he already put in his battery and that I had to pay his price. Which would've been fine if he hadn't argued with me and agreed to price match from the Begining. But that was not the case because "the shop wouldn't make any money off of the battery if it were price matched". And again, even though it was rather frustrating, I could've overlooked it all if that were the end. After the accessory battery was replaced, I was told the hybrid battery, even though there was a code that kept popping up for it, was perfectly fine. And it was, until I got 45 mins away from my home in Michigan, when I broke down again. A cell had died in the battery and it caused me to have to drive unsafely the last hour to my house(my car wouldn't go over 40 mph). Basically, all these people care about is their appearance and money. They didn't want to replace the hybrid battery because it was under warrenty and would've cost them to replace it and not me . After everything was said and done, I spent almost $400 on the ACCESSORY battery and then an extra $400 on rental costs once I got home to have the hybrid battery replaced because they just didn't want to at ATC. Basically, don't go here unless you like dealing with extremely fake people that will do anything to squeeze as much money out of you that they can. read more

We are new to the area and I needed a simple oil change and tire patched. These young guys need the business 101 class. When you greet your customers we all don't want to be called Hun, Bub, Suga etc.. Sir or Ma'am is great. I was quoted for a radiator flush and these guys said $500. Yes, that's right so I called around to other mechanics and they laughed at that ridiculous price. I will never go back to these guys Ever read more

After many years of being one of the best vehicles I have ever owned my Jeep Wrangler started having issues. I took it to ACT because they had some pretty good reviews on Yelp. I could not have made a wiser choice. Randal made me feel confident about their knowledge of vehicles from the very first phone call. He kept me informed about what was going on every step of the way even if that meant he sent me a text at night after business hours because I had been too busy during the day to respond. The customer service and professionalism was impeccable (They asked me if I wanted a water at least 3 times during my 30 min. wait for my car.
