Otto was very quick to reply and easy to work with. He's extremely flexible with timing and was very accommodating to every single detail I asked. When we got the jerseys, we were satisfied with most of them, but I had concerns about a few. Otto agreed to look at them and "fix" them. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways. I was probably being too particular but Otto obliged and helped me to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your screen printing needs.

So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

It felt sturdy and the picture was very clear. Truly great work from a genuine team. I came in three days before my event and needed a couple of shirts printed. All the other places either rejected me saying they needed more time/a higher minimum. I was truly at a loss until I came to Premiere!!! I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
