I've been coming here for years and it just gets better and better! The ambience is so comfortable. They have great live music on most weekends. The food prepared by Chef Jason Labarge is fantastic! The staff is friendly and extremely attentive. A big shout out to Gracie and Leanne! We shared the duck confit stuffed mushrooms and the beat salad. Outstanding! Our entrees consisted of the pork tenderloin for me and the sea bass for my husband. Both were delicious! Just got home from there on 3-6-26. Server was phenomenal. Drinks were good but not consistent. Mine said it came with cranberries and lime. First came out with no cranberries, just lime. Second came out with nothing and had to ask for lime. We were the only ones in there and it took about an hour for our food. My steak was over cooked (ordered med rare) it wasn't served hot but also wasn't cold. My potatoes were great, steak a bit chewy. I would've said something but I didn't want to wait another hour for my steak! Portions were super small. Left a little hungry and it doesn't take much to fill me up lol. I can't even finish a fast food meal! Loved being able to have the experience but will definitely not be back. $18 per drink, $49 for my steak, not sure what his was but for 2 drinks each, and two meals it ran $220. February 20th...We had a 6:00pm reservation well in advance for party of 9 people. We ordered wine and food including appetizers. It took OVER 2 hours and change after we ordered food to be served. During our exhaustive wait we asked several different wait staff if we could have bread to eat and we were told they sold out of bread. Really? The only reason we stayed was because we came to watch a friend who was performing this evening. It was a horrible evening because people were so hungry. By far the worst restaurant service I've ever had. The workers had no answer except "we're sorry but we're just the help...". So after the main course we were asked about dessert. I asked how long would dessert would take and the response from the server: "Five minutes top..."Well it took 30 minutes. It was obvious the server was not in a happy mode and there wasn't any manager available. Pathetic Pathetic, Pathetic! Worst service I've ever experienced. My wife and I love to come here for the occasional date night. We absolutely love the intimate ambiance and atmosphere. The menu is always being updated with new surprises for us to try. Live music has never disappointed either. We went last week and when the Executive Chef heard we were curious about their multi-course meals on Thursdays, he personally came out and enthusiastically spoke with us about it for a while. He is an absolutely delightful person who is truly passionate about his work. My wife had the Chilean Seabass, and I had the Seared Tuna. Both were wonderful! The food is always top-notch, we recommend the place frequently to friends, and bring out-of-town guests here. One small disappointment (not worth removing a star) are the cocktails. The Manhattan I ordered was not to the standard I'd expect at an upscale place like this. Odd orange color and bright-red maraschino cherries like you'd find in a dive-bar tequila sunrise. At Michele's was so accommodating to us this Thanksgiving! With a family member with mobility issues, we were not able to physically dine in the restaurant, however, the thoughtful staff allowed us to take our meal to go, brining a very nice dining experience to our home. At first glance we were surprised by the venue. It's in an unassuming area but both the exterior and interior are nice. When we arrived, there was no hostess to seat us. My husband and I stood there for a while before we were noticed by the chef who was checking on the diners. To his credit he himself sat us down and called the server's attention. The server was attentive and sweet but a little green. As constructive advice, "I don't do cocktails" or "Oh girl, I don't do fish!" could probably be substituted for a quick 10-second promotion speech on 2 or 3 items you could work on together with the bartender and chef. Or simply a "the canvasback cab is very popular." But again, she was very on top of it otherwise. My husband did not love his duck but we liked everything else. I thought the dishes were thoughtfully imagined, balanced, and beautifully presented. The beet salad was great! The mac and cheese balls yum. The bread was special and baked there. We were charged $8 for it, but free bread doesn't seem to be a thing anymore, and it was well worth it. There was a really cool looking cocktail lounge that was not used. It looked like some family members of the band were using that space, but they were not disruptive. I'm sure once they get more diners in, they will use it more for its intended commercial use. The band was fun! They played everything from the 60s to 90s alternative. They have some cool themes coming up as well. Overall a recommend. Go check it out, it seems to be a well kept secret with lots of potential! read more

It all started when I called and made a reservation for Thanksgiving. The person answered the phone rudely then said sorry I thought you were someone else. We went to dinner today to find no tables available but would we be willing to sit at one that had two seats open??? No thanks. Upon being seated the waitress gave me a hard time about wanting an old fashion vs the spicy one on special. It's thanksgiving and a lot of the food needed replenishing. Got to the meat cutter and asked for turkey . He gave me a piece the size of a quarter and said is that enough. "No it's thanksgiving ". Ham was not out until my wife asked and he replied "you put me on the spot". Then he got out the ham. He did make my wife gluten free gravy!!! The service and food was not good. Staff were loud and complaining about all the people there. Then our bill came with a 20% tip included. Left a note how I felt about our meal. Never again. read more

Had the wonderful experience of checking out the new Event center At Micheles ..its open to the public Thursday Friday and Sunday. The atmosphere and interior is beautiful modern industrial, really really cool.. the drinks are show stopping..including craft cocktailing and smoked cocktails, The food is out of this world best burger I've ever eaten.. They have live music..I really felt like I had stepped out of the Tri Cities when I was there.. you guys have to check this place out! I can't wait to go back and try the dinner menu! This is a beautiful place with a high end menu. Lots of wines by the glass to select from and live music on the weekends. I'm only giving it four stars, however, because of some odd things I discovered that you would not expect in a restaurant of this caliber; The waitress was fairly unknowledgeable about the menu... had to go ask someone else the answer to several questions, could not pronounce many of the dishes or their ingredients names and even stated that there were "no specials" yet the menu contained a "butcher block" and "catch of the day" variable menu item and a soup of the day. She had to be asked to specifically what each those were after we'd asked if there were specials. She tried to provide good service but was obviously not experienced serving in an establishment such as this. Also very puzzling was the fact that she brought our salads and main courses simultaneously, the restaurant does not have fresh pepper grinders but regular pepper shakers and no after-dinner drinks. Not even port or ice wine! I have never been to a high-end restaurant that did not have an after dinner drink menu. I will give this a try again because the quality of the ingredients seemed to be there and the menu is not something typically found in the Tri-Cities. However, I hope the proprietor reads this review and makes some changes accordingly. If you're going to present yourself as a dining experience and charge these prices, you can't leave out the small details. read more

I had the pleasure of dinner inside followed by music and drinks on the patio. What a beautiful, classy location! We were celebrating Father's Day early and really enjoyed our experience here. I would highly recommend At Michele's; especially during a live music night! It was surprising to note we were the only diners on a Saturday night, but our server Adrian was excellent, and the food was delicious. Everyone was extremely happy with the selection on the menu as well as with the food when it arrived. We absolutely enjoyed the rib eye, the veggie burger, and the pork belly and fries were to die for! Dessert was also a hit, I think we all ordered something different and everyone was pleased. After dinner we migrated to the patio to listen to the awesome band that had started up. The patio was also beautiful with a satellite bar to accommodate guests outside. There was plenty of seating and our group of 8 was able to dance the night away while enjoying a few more drinks. The kids in our group were allowed to dance and hang out which really provided such a memorable evening for all of us. This place is a gem, we felt like we were released from the chain restaurant vibe of the TC and had a magical little night At Michele's. We will definitely be back! read more

At Michele's needs to decide what it is- bar or nice restaurant? We arrived for my mom's 80th birthday dressed for a nice dinner (6pm). We were warned that they were short handed and since everyone is these days, the slow service wasn't a problem. However, at 7:00 (before our food had arrived), the band started up. While it was a decent group, it was really LOUD rock music for the small space. The music would have fit in at the brewery next door but soft piano music would have been more appropriate here; we literally couldn't talk to the person next to us. Food arrived at 7:15 and we scarfed it down and got the heck out! My two positive comments- the food was excellent and our waitress was a very nice person. The other negatives besides the music/atmosphere is that the service was really poor. No bread plates with the bread, no refreshing of drinks, no steak knives for steaks and the two people splitting a meal weren't offered a second plate (the meal being split was a tenderloin steak). We definitely won't be back for dinner but it might be a fun bar? read more

Hubby and I went for a light meal and cocktails on Friday night. This place has potential, but to us, simply misses the mark on multiple levels (ambiance, service, food quality). Yes, the steampunk-ish decore is interesting. Yes the menu looks promising. However, from the moment we walked in, we were confused. The young host directed us either to the bar or the lounge by pointing, both of which you have to walk through the main dining area to get to (or next to the kitchen/bathrooms... awkward) since we didn't have reservations. We opted for the bar and there was a random appetizer tray placed in an odd spot, in between the wall and the last bar patron. Said bar patron was super sweet, and had even started serving the other patrons to make it easier to get to. Service was disorganized and it took quite a while for someone to welcome us (had to tell them we were first timers and unsure if we needed to order at the bar or...). I had a martini and hubster had whiskey -- both tastey (can't really screw up whiskey with ice... just sayin). Weren't too hungry, so ordered the dolmas and the white bean/rice cakes. We like good food, haven't had to send food back much, but couldn't eat the cakes b/c of how salty they were. Inedible. Dolmas were ok, but I think if you go in expecting dolmas you've had in the past, made by people that know how to make them, you may leave disappointed. The layout of the restaurant is awkward, the bathrooms are kind of odd (the one I went in continued the gear theme with strangely placed mirrors, meaning one showed me the reflection of my core, one showed me part of my head, and the other was too high to show anything), the service was off and the food didn't live up to the prices. It may feel like I'm nit-picking here, but you'll know what I mean if you go for a visit. We may try this place again as it's exciting to see fun, new, locally owned dining options crop up in the TC's... We're hopeful they listen to feedback and adjust to fulfill their potential. read more

Would have loved to say the food is amazing, after all, the drive to the place is quite an Expedition, with three to four different police agencies having jurisdiction, it is a DUI magnet!!! Don't chance a DUI at this one, either Uber or get a designated driver---- ( Richland Police, Benton County Sherrif, State Patrol, and Handford Patrol all are watching the routes to and for, keep this in mind should you decide to go!) Called three times last night starting at 7:30 to see what time the main menu stopped being offered, but nobody answered, so I took a chance...... We know now what not to chance.. 1) A wet fart 2) Gas Station Sushi. 3) that this place might serve real food after 9:00 at night. Probably won't go back, staff was less than helpful, they did offer lame excuses about why they don't answer the phones though. My prediction, just another flash in the Pan place in the Tri Cities. I ordered the steak skewers and they were chewy, and not warm, my partner ordered pasta and apparently they save sauce for big spenders because the noodles were dry. Thank goodness for good music. We sat for 15 minutes before a server dropped us water ( no menus or hello ) and disappeared again. It was fairly busy but not so busy that we couldn't be acknowledged.We decided to head inside to the bar. Bartender was nice and got to us in a more timely fashion. Drinks were mediocre at best. By the time we got our drinks we felt it was too late to order anything else so we didn't. Restaurant is gorgeous! This is our 3rd time in and I don't think we will be back!! This place was beautiful, the ambiance of the restaurant was amazing. We walked in at about 6pm on a Thursday night. Only one other couple was dining so I figured the service would be good. We were a group of four. Double date night, and the drinks were amazing. The two stars are for the food, and the service. Food was cold when brought to the table, and the service just didn't cut it. The food was just ok. They did fix the temperature problem with my steak, but I feel the quality of the food was less than par for what we paid. We went in for dinner after graduation with a reservation for 10. They were out of 5 menu items and passed of NY strip for Ribeye (my Dad is a professional Chef). The waitress was horrible, she didn't know the difference between the duck and Cornish game hen. My family had their food a full 10 minutes plus before mine even came out and it was the wrong order. We have stopped by many times and we really like it. Food has never disappointed us. Interior is special and you will not find anything like this anywhere. Service is always good. We have two issues however clock they have in the bar area is too loud while it looks neat it does not do much for me and annoying. Second issue when you are sitting in the bar area at the tables the seats are really uncomfortable NO PADDING!! Update on 11/1 So still love food and atmosphere but not the clock or uncomfortable seats at tables in bar. However tonight it appears the one of the chefs/cooks seems to think it was okay to sit at at bar. We could not sit at bar because he was busy taking and not making room. He finally did for another couple. While I want to keep the kitchen happy. We actually pay and tip. Not sure if that is what happens with staff read more
