I love our new sactional even more than I thought I would. 1st - there's no denying that it is…read moreexpensive - but it fit every single need we had and then some. We wanted a new couch for our den, which is a fairly large room, but finding a sectional that was small enough to fit comfortably in the room was virtually impossible! So first need - because the furniture is modular, we were able to buy exactly the right number of pieces to comfortably fit the space. Next - we have new kittens, who like to scratch on furniture and often hide under things. Second need - Lovesac had a lot of really nice fabrics in velvet to choose from, a type of fabric that is luxurious and feels great, but at the same time is not attractive to cat scratching. So far, so good. We went with a padded velvet and after 3 weeks, no scratching! It also has very low clearance underneath, so other than a few cat toys, nothing is getting under this couch to hide! Third need - we wanted a couch that would be comfortable to both sit on and lie on - since it often acts as a bed for one of us when we have a hard time sleeping. This couch is super comfortable - more than any other couch I have ever experienced! Plus, because the back cushions are loose, you can tilt them and get great back support if you want to lie down but not completely flat. Especially helpful if you're having acid reflux! Final need - wanted it to be easy to keep clean. I haven't had to wash any of the covers yet, but I imagine that will work out great as well. Downsides - besides the cost of course...putting the sactional together, while relatively easy, does take time and effort. Just getting all the pieces out of the packing boxes takes a while! But because each piece is relatively small and light, we were able to get it all upstairs to our den easily, and then put it all together once we got it there. And getting the covers on to the pieces (at least the first time) on the base and sides does take some strong tugging because they fit very closely, which is why they look good. But it's still a little hard to do! Final note - we had decided we wanted to buy in the middle of the pandemic - but the stores weren't open to go check them out. We didn't want to buy blindly, since we weren't sure which type of firmness we wanted, so we waited till we could get an in-store appointment, and we are so glad we did! They were having a sale, and we qualified for 15% off - but the very next day after placing the order, we got a postcard announcing a flash sale of 25%. Luckily when I called the store, Ryan assured me I would get a rebate of the additional discount.

We were shopping for a full size mattress for our granddaughter and Said did a wonderful job of assisting us. She was able to crawl on and lay on a bunch of various mattresses and she liked them all! Especially the adjustable base model that is out of our budget. But we settled on a 10" foam mattress. Said mentioned that this was the last one in stock. We decided to buy it and then also purchased a bunkie board (instead of a box spring). We had room in our vehicle for the mattress because it came compressed in a box. The bunkie board was scheduled for FREE delivery the following afternoon. They call it Red Carpet delivery service and it truly was spectacular! Lots of great communication every step of the way. I received a text and a phone call letting me know when the two hour delivery window would be. Then the same 2 layer communication right before the two hour window saying they were on their way. The delivery of the bunkie board was right on schedule. My granddaughter loves her mattress!

They do have a middle section with fabric swatches and whatnot so I believe they do custom work as well. The third star comes from the fact that the woman who was working was very friendly, not stuffy, and seemed ready to help me should I need anything. All in all, this might be a neat place to pick up some accessories and whatnot if you have money to blow.

I immediately felt at ease, and was able to enjoy the beautiful showroom. I wanted to take everything in there home with me, but alas, my trust fund is non-existent. Don't get me wrong, you can find plenty of great gifts and items for your home that won't break the bank, but also the finest of linens and home decor items should your budget allow. Within TWO HOURS of placing the order, my friend casually mentioned she had already received the exact same tray. No big deal. I thought: canceling an order that hasn't even had time to leave the building will be simple. So on that same Saturday, I used the CB2 chat feature and asked to cancel it. The agent asked me to hold while they contacted the warehouse. I waited ten minutes. They came back and assured me the order was being canceled and that I would receive a confirmation email. I did not receive a cancelation email. Instead, I received an email saying my order was "being processed." This means that agent lied to me. I initiated another chat that same day to clarify. Again, I was told they were able to cancel it. I learned later that this agent lied to me too! On Sunday, I received an email that the item had shipped. I was freaking out and furious. At this point, I realized I had been lied to by multiple agents. I called customer service and explained that I had attempted to cancel within two hours and had been assured, more than once, that this purchase was canceled. I expressed that I shouldn't have to pay to ship this item back. To their credit, they emailed me a prepaid FedEx label. When the tray arrived, I took it straight to FedEx. That was a week ago. Today, I checked on my refund. The automated response kindly informed me that refunds "typically take 2-3 weeks after the item is received," and during busy times can take up to 6 weeks. You cannot convince me this isn't intentional. Retailers know many people don't follow through on returns. They also know plenty of customers don't obsessively check their credit card statements. The longer the delay, the better the odds someone shrugs and moves on. This doesn't feel like customer service. It feels like a strategy. And judging by the consistent negative reviews about their in-store and online experiences, this seems less like a fluke and more like a business model. I will absolutely never purchase from CB2 again.

Once they moved to their new location, we happened to be ready to make our purchase. The process was so easy and they are so patient with you regardless of how much you are spending. Our coffee table was custom made to our exact specifications and ready in 6 weeks, as promised. The pick up was seamless as we were able to designate a time and they helped us load. I love all of their stuff and wish we had more need for it. The prices are well below what you wold pay from a retailer and you know it is made to order for you from local artisans. What's not to like?!?!
