Nice products but they have a customer unfriendly exchange policy. (Return within 60 days with a receipt). But if you lose the receipt, you can exchange for the exact same item. I don't have my receipt and I don't want the exact same product because it doesn't suit the needs in my home. Now I'm stuck with a beautiful $70 shelving unit that won't fit in my house because it's too wide got the area intended. So it's collecting dust, useless, in the shed. I was looking for a rug and was blown away by the selection. So many gorgeous rugs! A tad confusing to find exactly what you need in the bins and hard to get big rugs out as they can be buried. This store is absolutely huge. If you are familiar with HomeGoods, think of Home Goods on steroids. The selection is enormous. The prices seem to be fair. The first time in I spent over $100 on things that I didn't know I needed but bought on impulse. Second time I went looking for specific items (outdoor solar lighting) and found them. We seriously spent two hours here today. It. Was. Amazing. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your home, and everybody that was working was super helpful. They currently have a new line out by Shanty to Chic, the sisters featured on Open Concept (now canceled). The items are super cute and if you aren't handy like them, you can just buy instead of DIYing! I got a tall skinny planter for $40 that would have easily been $100 at somewhere like West Elm. They still have some Christmas at 50% off and LOTS of stuff for spring. My Mom found several things for her home and garden as well. We will definitely be back. read more

If I could give negative I would. Came here to kill some time. Found a cool picture that was in a sale pile. The picture had a big red sticker that said "75% off original price". Picture was originally $39.99. Go to ring it up and of course it didn't ring up correct price. So I said that's not correct. The sweet cashier was in training so brought her manager over. Manager kept it classy with a cigarette and a lighter in her hand. Started telling me that it's half off and then 25% off that price which isn't the same. I argued the sticker said it's 75% off ORIGINAL price but she continued to argue. She finally copped a 'tude and said "fine whatever you say". Like I'm taking money from her or lying about it. I told her she had an attitude and left. No customer service skills whatsoever. read more

Decided to check this place out to see what all the hype is ... when you walk in you can't help but say to yourself "Holy shit this place is HUGE" lol... there's everything from throw pillows to kitchen supplies to furniture to decor to even holiday stuff... this place reminds me of Hobby Lobby, Ross, Home Goods, and Marshells all in one... but instead of the whole store having decent prices, they very... It would be cool to say "everything was priced as good as Ross" , but that's not the case...it's more like all of those stores in one with all of those store prices as well... so although I did see a lot of expensive stuff I did see a lot of okay prices ... would definitely recommend this store if you haven't checked it out yet but yeah be prepared they don't have the best prices like I thought they would have. read more

This place is huge! It has a variety of things for your home, such as decor, kitchen gadgets, rugs, even patio sets. Some things are pricey and some are reasonable and some of the decor is nice and some is mehhh. They just have way more things in comparison to other home decor places. You can probably find the same or similar decor at a TJ Maxx Home Goods but maybe for a little less. I feel like most of the pricey items aren't worth it. It's a cool place to check out and kill some time, so come see it for yourself. Just a warning it can be a little overwhelming when you first walk in. read more

After taking my time throughout the store I now love it. They have everything you could imagine for your home. Go with a list or specific items in mind otherwise you can spend hours there. The things I do not like are: They do not have all the carpets on display in all the listed sizes. All their inventory is out on the floor. Our first trip to At Home kind of blew us away and the store hasn't been able to keep up since then. First of all, it's MASSIVE! You can get lost in there and easily lose a few hours of your day. We initially went when they first opened and absolutely loved it. We found a small table that we had been looking for, as well as tons of frames and some other knick knacks. Unfortunately, each subsequent trip has been disappointing. Everything seems really picked over and it doesn't look like they have as much inventory as before. I have been at least 3 more times and managed to walk out without buying anything. read more

This place is HUGE!!!!!!! I'm not even sure who to compare it to. It's kind of a Home Goods store implodes with a Target and a Costco maybe. I was amazed at what they have here!!!! YOU HAVE TO STOP WHATEVER YOU'RE DOING RIGHT NOW AND GO TO YOUR NEAREST ONE TO SEE IT IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN! I found so many things I wanted to buy for others and my own homes. They have everything from pictures and frames to furniture for every room inside and outside to home decor and holiday treasures. I was bummed that every nightstand I wanted to buy was chipped, scratched heavily, or damaged some how. The place was a on the messy side, but it is the biggest holiday season right now. I took 130 pictures and that was just from a few aisles that's how awesome this place is. I think I better pick 'n choose a few to upload, hahaha. To top this all off, the manager and his staff are fricken the BEST at customer service!!!!! Other businesses can learn some lessons from them here!!! This store gets one star for their customer service. I had to return an $8 item. Instead of a refund, they charged me again. I called the store and they informed me I had to contact corporate. I emailed them. They sent an initial response but fell silent. I had to send a follow up...twice. By the time they figured it out, they couldn't refund the original charge because three weeks had passed. The best they could do was refund one charge and send a $10 store credit. This store is clear across town. And considering all the inconvenience, I wasn't flattered over the gracious $2 more in store credit. read more

Live on the complete opposite side of town from this store, but was in the area for a medical appointment so decided to stop in. The store is very large and laid out well. However, Christmas selections in August is just way too soon and did not appreciate that the summer items were being discounted so early and the selection wasn't good. Since this was a first visit, looked around the entire store. Good selection of merchandise, some items priced very well, other items seemed overpriced. Quality was about the same as other stores of this type. There was only one cashier in the check-out area and there were seven customers in line. She was very pleasant and tried several times to call for additional help, but no-one came. Additional help was needed. read more

I love this place so much I gave it only 3 stars for the lousy workers who have little to no interaction with customers. Workers are not welcoming and when you come across a worker you get nothing maybe a smile but no hi, how can I help you, nothing. What is this place....... It's like Hobby Lobby and Home Goods had a baby, but with Michaels prices (without the 40% off coupon). Really, really cheap quality furniture and way too many holiday decorations for anyone to really handle... with a price tag that makes you laugh. This was my first time being in an At Home, much less seeing one and it makes sense why. How does this store survive? Shoppers, please... redirect yourselves to Hobby Lobby and download their app or join their e-mail list and get the coupon and buy your Chrismukkah decorations there, or go to Home Goods and buy your cheap modern vintage mid-century glamour statement pieces there. It will save yourself SO much money. You'll find can openers (overpriced) in one aisle, couches (overpriced) in the next, Halloween decorations (overpriced) 2 aisles down, and bathroom storage (overpriced) 3 aisles down. Was so excited to see this store open in Henderson and came in with a list of things to buy; towels, throw rugs, outdoor rug, seat cushions, glasses, dishes etc. but left with NOTHING. Let me tell you this store is nothing like the professional photos they put on Yelp. It's VERY disorganized. Everything on the shelves were in shambles, boxes open, rugs all over the place, seat cushions just thrown in a pile and sadly most everything was of very very low quality and very unappealing. And good luck if you need an employee for help! Employees have very poor attitudes and DON'T want to be there. One guy was sweeping the floor just mumbling " this is what I'm doing now sweeping the floors". I have been excited to visit this new store!! I went in today and loved all they had to offer. I could not find even one person to the floor to help me. I wanted to look at the rugs and some chairs on high shelves. No one to help. I searched ever place. No help. So nevermind...I'll go home disappointed. Next to the checkout. One cashier, several young ladies just hanging out to help the cashier with a problem. There were 9 customers in line before another register opened. My time is valuable and will probably not return. Stopped in to see what all of the fuss was about. I would say this place is comparable to Homegoods, but nowhere near as good as Ikea. There are a large variety of things for your home, but I did feel that it was bit on the expensive side. I'm not sure how good the quality of furniture was, but nothing looked like they were cheaply made. Dollar for dollar, I'd rather go shopping at Ikea. They put chipped broken merchandise on the shelf then they won't sell it and claim they didn't know it was broken. It was there for a few weeks and even moved from one location to another. I finally decided to take the piece and then they refused to sell it to me at the register. Maybe if the brainiac supervisor/manager would govern her employees and tell them not to put the heaviest pieces on the upper shelves, there would be less breakage and customers wouldn't have to deal with the unqualified managers. We asked about inventory and and if there was another piece to sell us however, the reply was " We don't know, our inventory is not tracked.". I was advised to speak with management for a discount on a damaged item. Got to cashier and asked for a manager and her lil young and immature who spoke poorly said you can't get a discount. I clearly asked are you a manager. So with an attitude she gets on the walker talkie and says this lady wants you to come here for a bigger discount. Can I say "rude" and she needs to be fired. Then her boss another young African American girl comes to the front and doesn't say much other than I give you 10% off. No thank you. Wow the customer service here is absolutely horrendous. My family and I came here looking for a small breakfast table and some decor. It was a large store with a pretty good selection but nothing that you couldn't find at other places. We found a cute little table and we were ready to buy it but there wasn't any staff to be found. We walked around the store and finally found a couple of gentlemen (I use that term very loosely) that worked there. We let them know that we would like to purchase something from the furniture section. One of the men replied in a rude tone that they were busy. The store wasn't very busy or hectic so his rude reply was completely unwarranted. A nice "we are helping another customer at the moment miss, we will be with you in just a moment" would have been nice. That is what they say at every other store in town. But I guess those stores actually care about customer service. And for the record... those other customers that they were supposedly helping were nowhere in sight... so it's not like we were being rude and interrupting them in the middle of helping other people. Don't waste your time coming here. There are places in the same area that have stuff that is just as good, possibly at a better price, and a way nicer and more helpful staff. read more

I absolutely loved this store! There is so much variety and everything is very well organized. The store was very clean which is always nice. It is a fairly new store so there were some sparse areas on the shelves. I will definitely return for the product alone! I am such a home decor/ organization junkie. However, the staff did not seem very well trained. I've worked retail before and I know whenever people enter the store late it's frustrating because after a long day of work you just want to go home BUT your customers shouldn't feel that from you. We walked in around 8:50pm and the store closes at 10pm. We saw a total of about six different employees through our time walking the store which was about 45 minutes. Not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything. I asked an associate a question and she answered as she was walking away from me which I found rude even though she may not have realized what she was doing. She was young and may not have much customer service experience. Again after we encountered her there was about four other associates that just walked passed us. The worst part of this trip was at checkout. We were in line one customer being helped and four others (a couple, a mother and her two kids and a lady with a return and us). The cashier noticed the line getting long and I believe she called for help. The second cashier walked up in no hurry and they were both ringing up at a slow pace. A third girl walked in from her break, up to the register between us and another customer, logged into the computer, sipped on her soda she got on lunch or break and just ignored the line. When we finally got to the register she asked if I wanted to sign up and I asked if there was a way I could do it at home. She looked at me for a few seconds (almost annoyed that I asked the question) and then said "if you want to" so I just said ok I'll do that. I paid cash she handed my cash back but did not count it back to me and said have a good night. We passed another employee on the way out who also did not acknowledge us. Again I am obsessed with this store and will definitely come back but the customer service needs some work. read more
