He assured us we wouldn't be charged for the $150 service call. About an hour later, I realized the charge had appeared on our bank statement. My husband called and left a message - but the owner called ME back instead. The guy was a complete jackass to me over the phone. He kept interrupting me and talking to me condescendingly. He also said that anytime a service truck so much as leaves their premises, the customer gets charged for the service call. I asked him why I should pay for a service call when I received no service, and he claimed that nobody had written down the reason for the service guy to come over. Which is ridiculous. (Why would anyone have come over without knowing what we needed them to do? Anyway, the service guy TOLD us why he was there as soon as he stepped out of his truck.) Then, for some reason, he asked me to describe what the service guy looked like. I hung up on him at that point and told my husband to call him. After my husband threatened to complain to the BBB or perhaps even file a complaint for theft, the owner agreed to refund the service charge. He did tell my husband that he was going to take the money out of the service guy's check - which is illegal. If he did, I hope the employee reports him to the cops and the National Labor Relations Board. The owner of Cincinnati Pool and Patio is a dishonest creep. Stay away from this business.

We like the mattress but you can do just aa well on Wayfair or Amazon with a lower delivery fee. We just didn't want to risk it with a mattress.

They sell well crafted beautiful furniture! So many items such as kitchen tables, mirrors, clocks, bird feeders, rocking chairs and much more. The outdoor seats, tables and rockers are also nice! Some of my favorite bakery items include cream horns, cream filled donuts with chocolate icing, apple fritters and much more! They sell tons of donuts, cakes, pies and cookies. The grocery store sells the best homemade cheese balls. You can typically sample at least one. There's also, candy, spices and so much more. There is a deli and soft serve ice cream. On this trip, I ordered a ham sandwhich with spicy cheese, jalapeno mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions and homemade pickles on white bread. This sandwich was so big it was hard to even hold it lol.
