Two years ago I got rid of Uverse and when I cancelled they told me to dispose of the set-top boxes, modem, and router rather than return because they were obsolete. Why didn't they upgrade me rather than continuing billing? I measured speed which rarely exceeded 20mbps and marginal since a single HDTV requires about 10mbps. My T-Mobile exceeds 250mbps and is very acceptable.

Have had the service for several years now. Didn't really need the speed or consistent access until…read morelately. They changed radios about two years ago to "improve service". It has been nothing but trouble. When it is up it may work great for a few minutes or a few hours and then will drop intermittently. Could be down for seconds or minutes or longer. They always have an excuse when you call support. They have tried them all now (probably have more). They have used that trees are blocking the signal. Our radio is mounted in a clear line of sight. Blamed interference from other signals. Blamed ice on the antenna. Will escalate to a higher level of support to be told nothing is wrong. their solutions is for us to buy into a new plan and contract for three years. New contract at the same poor service, what a deal! Looking forward to Velocity from Butler Electric. They can't be any worse and are cheaper.

I couldn't recommend a company more than them. They have always been awesome and fair when I lock in a quote to sell my phone. They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. He is not only extremely knowledgeable about phones but is very reasonably priced.
