I've had my cell phone service with AT&T for 10+ years and I stopped by over a month ago to upgrade my phone. I was told by the staff that I'm eligible for a free phone after he looked up my account. After deciding which phone I wanted, he was about to process the upgrade and then stated that the phone wasn't free and I'd have to pay extra. I decided not to upgrade and left. After closing my account and switching providers, AT&T contacts me with an outstanding balance. I called customer service and the rep stated the balance was an upgrade fee. I told him I never upgraded and he would forward me to a supervisor. How can the staff charge the fee when I didn't even upgrade???? read more

Walked into this store with 2 gentlemen just sitting in their chairs talking to each other and was not even greeted. Was looking at the products for 5-10 minutes and still wasnt asked if I needed help with anything. I finally asked for some help because just purchased a phone case over the weekend that did not have magsafe compatibility and wanted to exchange for one that did. Said he was unable to do the exchange because I had bought the case from another store. (The other store I was at, the workers greeted me right when I walked in and asked for specifics on what I was looking for. Very helpful. I thought I was going to get that same kind of service at this store). Pretty rude and unwilling to help and it was the vibe right when I walked into the store. I purchase 2 IPhone X in December 2017 and there was promotion that you get iPhone 8 for free when you purchase iPhone X. I never get the 2 iphone 8 and never receive any credit. Called every month to ATT and was routed to at least 5 different person. And they all told me that this will get resolved but nothing ever come through. Beware of ATT service. Don't come here for any help. I tried to access my OWN account and since my mom is the account holder of our family plan, they wanted her to come in from HER VACATION (out of the country) which is insane since I'm already physically here to access my own account. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: Sue is completely RUDE! She has no customer service skills and can't answer any questions. She shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public. This place will add extra fees on your phone plan without telling you. Very shady practice and will never come again.

Sales associate added Insurance and AT&T Next to our plan without asking us. Had to call AT&T to remove the service.

By far this AT&T store is one of the best. I have been with AT&T back when they were called PacBell and I have been to several stores and the service was mediocre. I went with my daughter to upgrade her iPhone couple of days ago and I was provided with exceptional service by Favian Sevilla. He went out of his way to help us and made my day. This store is really sucks, people who work in this store is not training properly, seems lazy and not motivated to have the effort to provide an excellent customer service. . Just don't go to this store if you don't have too. Seems the AT &T corporate headquarters need to do major people training haul. Matthew and Jordan were extremely helpful in getting me into the new Samsung Galaxy S10+, from my S8+, that had suffered a mishap, a few days before. I was able to pay off my remaining balance, get into the S10+, and despite the mishap with the S8+, I was still able to take advantage of $200 in credit, which I used for accessories. Went in and upgraded my phone and found out next month the girl that helped me ADDED HUDDEN CHARGES WITHOUT TELLING ME! She added next gen fee, phone insurance and told Mr I would get free earbuds for upgrading which in turn 20 bucks was added to my plan. I feel disappointed and lied to. I so wish I could give this place ZERO stars!! I came here last June (2016) to set up a new account. They were super helpful to begin with. They had a buy one, get one deal going and the guy (Johnny) tried giving us a good deal by telling me that if I opened a small business account I would get a $150 credit. He said it would take a few months and that once it went through we could go back switch it into a personal (consumer) account. A few months later I call AT&T and told them what I was told in the store. Well they came back with that that wouldn't be possible. Long story short, I spoke with 5 different people to get this figured out and they finally told me that I would need to go back to the store where I originally got everything setup. I went back into the store and again was told that it wouldn't be a problem. Except that it was and he couldn't switch it over for me. He wasn't even apologetic. He basically chalked it up to that it just couldn't be done and I should deal with it. I decided to keep the account since we wouldn't be able to get a better deal elsewhere at the moment. I went into an AT&T corporate store today and they were able to do exactly what I was being told couldn't done. The staff at the AT&T store in Chink Hills are amazing! Seriously, the walnut location sucks! I can't believe they're allowed to do things like that. DON'T EVER GO TO AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER! Just go straight to a corporate store. They have more access and freedom to get stuff done! read more

Came here a few minutes before closing, door was already locked and staff closing up shop. Alyce unlocked and opened the door for me and let me upgrade my phone, which takes the better part of an hour. She could have said it was too late and referred me to another store with a later closing time but she went above and beyond. I've been waiting over close to 3 months for them to review and look over my Resume. I'd love to work there and I've even talked to the manager. We went into to purchase an IPad today. There were 2 associates on the floor and not one person greeted us or acknowledged we were there. We sat down and waited for someone to assist us for 20 mins. After continually being ignored, we assumed they did not need our business and walked out. That was the only time I saw an associate look up just to watch us walk out. Unbelievable. I'll stick to the Rowland Height location where someone greets you and signs you in. No matter how long the wait is, there's always great customer service and your business is appreciated. read more

Lucky that I went to this store cause I was planning to visit their store closed to Fuente Hills Mall. As soon I entered Mr Jacob Maldonado approach me and assisted without any hesitation. He was very knowledgeable about the products that he was showing and did some recommendations on the mobile phone fitted to my daily activities. He offered a plan that gave me a free IPhone XR plus huge monthly savings compared to my current bill. Cause he tried to give all discounts that available for the plan that he offered. I had the worst experience of my life at this place! Went in to upgrade my iPhone and Ryan Castro was there. He is the worst excuse for a human as I have ever encountered. After purchasing the new phone from him, after he tried to put together some shady deals and trying to upsell us, we took the new phone home and had problems with it trying to download my info from iTunes. After trying everything to make it work, we went back to the store to get help from Ryan. Well, he was not going to help us in any way. He would not make the phone I just bought work, nor would he give me back my old phone. So I have no working phone now and that is unacceptable. I asked him to go in the back and get me another phone that worked and he said he couldn't do that. Mind you it had only been an hour since we purchased this new expensive phone that wouldn't work. I was screaming at him at this point because I was in complete shock that he was standing there refusing to help me in any way! That is not how you treat long-term customers! After arguing for 5 minutes, I realized he was not gonna do a thing except keep saying he couldn't help me!!!! When I was leaving the store I told him, I hope you sleep well tonight, and his smart ass, uncalled for, comment was, oh I will sleep just fine! Just went to this store#1212 (Ryan). He spent ~30 minutes with me changing the SIM card and calling the customer service #. He had to change my service to include internet in order to pair my phone with my car.( I had been struggling with this since September 2017.). All with a smile and a great attitude. How disappointing and extremely FRUSTRATING!!! This place is a complete scam! BUYER BEWARE!!!! They are con artists and want you to think they are helping you and getting you set up with a great plan but in reality they are setting you up for a terrible financial decision. ADRIAN helped us and we trusted that he was playing by the rules. We have since learned that he in fact lies and scams to get his commission. My family needed new phones so we signed up with what we thought was a good fit for our family. It was a buy one get one free promo and that was perfect for the 4 of us. He then mentioned that we would get even a LARGER discount if we signed up with DIRECTV. At that point we told him we already had DIRECTV and he told us to call and CANCEL OUR DIRECTV!!!!! he actually had us sit in his store and call and say we no longer want their service. He then told us that he would make it look like we were new customers and to in fact change it from my name to my husbands so it looked like he was a new customer!!! Such a scam artist!!!!! and like fools we sat there and did it because we trusted what he was saying was what we were "supposed to do" like it was normal. About a week later the DIRECTV guy came out to our house to install our new DIRECTV and he was like why are you doing this??? You already have boxes?? Why did you turn it off and do this?? We talked to him for a bit and realized the small discount wasn't worth being shady and we kept out DIRECTV account active. Since then our buy one get one free discount has been taken away from AT&T!! Our new bills runs about $100 more per month!!!! Then we have contacted AT&T multiple times and they say we needed to keep the DIRECTV new hookup to have ANY type of discount including the buy one get one free and that was NEVER explained to us whatsoever. ADRAIN made us think that signing up the new DIRECTV would just give us about $20 additional discount per month and to us it wasn't worth lying and being shady. So today we called to speak to ADRIAN and he's a real piece of work. He basically told us tuff luck and we signed the "small print" and he had the nerve to say he had it ALL ON CAMERA???? Seriously??? How weird is that??? My husband mentioned how shady he was and has us calling from an AT&T store to cancel our DIRECTV account to basically screw AT&T and that would be on camera as well. I felt like I needed to share BUYER BEWARE. ADRAIN will sell you whatever you want to buy then turn around and screw you!!!!
