I'm reviewing the ATT store on Rochester Rd between Sq Lake and South Blvd. Amanda who moved to an Indiana location ran a total scam on me. very poor service i dont know how people have anything good to say ive been to this store 3 times in the past week and everytime i had to wait over 30 mintues and end up leaving because service is to slow now its sunday and the one person working is just sittting on his phone for 35 mintues not doing anything at all but say hes helping. this is one of the worse at&t stores ive ever been to. if hes been on hold for 45 mintues why couldnt he start my upgrade. terrible service read more

I just left the ATT store with my 79 year old grandmother, where we updated her iPhone 6 to an iPhone 12, and we had the BEST experience! Steve was a god-send in helping my technologically challenged grandmother and making her feel comfortable with her new phone!!! He even saved her money on her monthly bill, so that even with her brand new phone, she was still paying less than she was before hand! My Grammy was reluctant to change up her phone, but when we left, she was so excited about it. THANK YOU STEVE! I've been a AT&T customer for a very long time this store is by far the worst.I came in on a sat at around 2pm there was only one guy working three people in the store.He said don't worry i'll do both at one time no proble.Well i did the next upgrade and said i wanted to upgrade to iphone 15 pro max and do the next program again.Well he messed up my phone so bad i had to take it to the apple store he focused on other guy more than my upgrade.When i went to apple store they said he messed up my phone so bad i had to wait two weeks before i can use it arrr.Phone works but cant download any apps.Its a huge problem im a truck driver and use a app for my DOT logs.He was a nice kid but is not very good or knowledgeable at his job.Now we did two phone upgrades the other works fine but he said for all the hassle keep it.Yea att calls said they need there phone back yea i figured no big deal.So today i come in to turn it in get a long haired kid no hello hi just stairs me down. I said hello i tell him my story thinking he could help me lol nope says NOTHING not sorry wish i could do something just stairs at me again.I said i need a phone case is there a discount i could get for not being able to use my phone for 14 days he said there's no sale so no discoun.Hope this helps stay away from this store very rude and they have zero knowledge of how to do there job.Even though the nice kid screwed up my iphone for 14 days he was better than the long haired kid. im a 52 yr old truck driving biker and he was the worse customer experience i've ever had !! and thats says a lot!! read more

Absolutely trash. They sold me a phone that was broken. Made me pay the boxing fee (and charged me twice for it), and put the wrong line on the phone! even now the phone doesn't work. The overweight employees are too busy eating pizza to do anything remotely close to their job. I'm serious. The tubizoid manager brought in like 10 pizzas for some reason. read more

My husband and I bought two iPhones from this location awhile back and the service was quick and painless. After that experience, I would have rated them four stars. However, I wasn't big into Yelp then and didn't think about writing a review. So fast forward two years, and we went in to see about adding a line to our family plan for my parents. The staff was nice enough, and after we walked out of the store with a new phone, I would have still rated them four stars. However, the phone is being returned since we received faulty information from the rep who assisted us. We had asked about the possibility of getting a free microcell (service booster) in case my parents had poor service at their home, and we were told that all we had to do is call AT&T Customer Service and they'd take care of it. Which sounded perfectly plausible. Until we actually called them and they said they have NOTHING to do with handing out microcells--that it's up to the individual store location. After explaining the whole story, the CSR updated the service address (a different state) and noted it, saying it may help us at the local store. But it didn't. When I called and explained everything to the local AT&T store rep, said she'd have to talk to a manager and call me back, and it would be that day. Fast forward 24 hours and I still hadn't received my call back, so I called and got a manager (who I had to explain everything to again) and was told she could not authorize a microcell but she could give me a $50 discount (so it would be $150). Seriously? So your store sold me a phone (without asking for OR checking the service area where the phone would be used), implied we'd have no problem getting a microcell with customer service if we needed it, and now that the phone won't work in a low service (half a bar) area, you won't help other than a $50 discount? Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I expected more than I got. The phone will be returned, thankyouverymuch. And I learned that you're best off researching everything and knowing all the right questions to ask, otherwise you may get screwed. So, with this 2-star experience and our past 4-star experience, they land at 3 stars. read more

Find another AT&T store to do business with. I made 4 trips to this location to return an iPhone for the $200 credit. Each time they found something else that needed repair ( screen, start button, etc.) Could have been done in one freaking visit. Big Joe is a complete moron. If i could give less than a star I would. I am a firefighter and went to this store approx 3 months ago to upgrade my phone. During this process they sold me a bill of goods of what is an amazing service that was suppose to save me money for being a firefighter. After 3 months of service I have learned that it is now costing me a additional $600 for phone numbers I did not know I had. After 2 hours of being on the phone I have absolutely no answers of how they will correct this problem and have been passed from person to person. read more

Went in on a less than busy Saturday night. All salespeople were busy with the exception of the greeter. We were next on the list for help. 45 minutes later, we were finally helped even though there were people behind the counter doing nothing. Everything went fine after our service person came, except for all of the updates he tried. Honestly, try selling me the store, why don't you? He took that as a challenge despite my continual no! I cannot imagine how this place would operate on a semi busy or busy night. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. After waiting 23 minutes with not one employee even acknowledging me standing there, a manager finally came out of the back room. When I asked him about a phone he advised me to go buy it cheaper at Best Buy. When I asked why no one is even acknowledging customers waiting, he just laughed and said because nobody wants to work there and that I actually pulled him away from his lunch. Now I'm just standing in the store waiting for him to either bring out a phone or finish his lunch. Well he just came out front and said they don't have either of the phones in stock and told me to go try anotherAT&T that's 21 miles away. I did leave, I'm in my way to Verizon. I'd like to thank the store manager Brandon and the other two employees that were not only rude but extremely unprofessional. I've finally decided to do what everyone else is doing. I don't even know where to start. I needed a new iPhone, mine was about 5 years old. JEFF, the SALES person that helped me was eager to sell me a phone, I wanted an 6S. Jeff was happy to sell me the phone and all the accessories and home phone and internet service. The manager wanted to sell me a security system for the house. Jeff took my old phone and after he promised me three time that I would NOT lose any information, because of the way he transferred information, I lost all my contacts, phone numbers, password, lost it all. I didn't realize it until I got home and of course my old phone was swiped clean. I went back to the store and another more technical person tried to help but couldn't do anything. I was in tears. I really don't think anyone should be in tears in a store. I was told by the Manager (Jeff took off when he saw me come back) that there was nothing they could do. So Sorry. I discovered that AT&T could have cared less about my phone. All they wanted was to me their products and make their commission. I ended up going to the APPLE store in Partridge Creek Mall. They were great! 2.5 hours later, with two people assisting, (not on commission) they figured out the problem and were able to get most of my contacts back. JEFF had downloaded information under an old e mail address then switched addresses in the store before the old information fully downloaded. Most likely because there were other sales to do! If I could get JEFF fired and the MANAGER fired I would. What a bunch of idiots. I was too. I believed they cared enough to do things right. I'll go to APPLE now. Just remember: AT&T is about sales. I'm baffled at the poor reviews of this store. We've been going there since they opened and have had nothing but attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful service there every time we've gone there. And we haven't gone there just to buy phones - we've gone there with silly questions about phone features, complaints about a cell phone case (they replaced it), and lengthy inquiries about future phones. Each time they helped us without rushing us, and often called other associates over when they were done with other customers. I've stopped in at other AT&T stores and had no problems there either, but this is the one we always go back to. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. read more
