Where the buyer broke the item, that rubber piece no longer able to be held on to the earbud. The buyer also did not include the broken piece with returned item. We have a Best Buy Geek Squad service and after diagnostic work, we were told that a $450-500 repair was needed. This business offered the same repair for $150. They stated they would test the part before installing and if it did not do the trick, their labor would be $75. They also recommended a battery replacement, while the work was being completed, as mine was borderline after 3-years use. The cost of the battery would have been $75. We had checked with a non-certified Apple T-mobile store who offered us $200 on a replacement phone. Had that been our best option, I would have paid the $225 to fix my current phone (which worked well other than the charging port issue). The Pod Drop also recommended we check with a T-mobile certified Apple Store to see if there was a better deal on a new phone. We did just that and chose to turn in the phone and receive a new phone at no cost, with some tweaks to our plan that did not change the monthly payment. Returned to The Pod Drop to pick up the phone and turn it in to T-mobile. The staff were honest, informative and professional. For this interaction, they did not make a cent, yet they earned a loyal family-customers. We will return to them for all-things cellular. Noticed some good pricing on phone cases and other accessories too. I will be calling their store to check on stock and prices before ordering from Amazon or another big box store. Really appreciate small businesses like this.

Extremely rude, curt, and highly unprofessional. Interesting because the sign on the door said "AT&T." However there was a second sign that stated "owned and operated by" which I had never seen before at any AT&T location. I will NEVER return to this location again. I came in to come in to have my phone looked at for minor technical issues and had a few questions to boot. So, off I went. What I like about this store is that it's easy to check in on your phone to show that you're here and get yourself electronically in line. They have merchandise here, but only for the most current phones. If you have an older phone like me, things like phone cases are not sold any longer. They also have a pay station off in the corner if you would like to put money towards your bill or whatnot. Overall, the place isn't bad. I mean, they solved my issues and helped me rather quickly get in and out, but I had to wait like 40 minutes to do so. Staff seems to know what their doing but are very strict about the electronic check-in and helping those in that specific order. At times I feel rushed when I'm here, but other times I don't. I wish they had better explanations if the specific phone models I was looking at on the displays. I was in the Samsung section, but there were like 5 different Samsung's and I didn't know which was which, or how much they were. I mean, for as much as these guys charge for phones (other carriers too) can I get a better explanation and description while you keep me waiting? We were unhappy with our current internet provider, mentioned that in the store when asked about home wifi, and went through the process reviewing whether that would be a good switch or not. Both phones would increase the bill a bit (expected), and the home wifi also was going to increase the bill (also expected) but in our printout it said only $60. After getting over the hump of the post-upgrade/service add-on bill, the 2nd bill is $150 more than what was given in the print out. Multiple calls with Verizon support, they won't budge and insist that the price I'm paying is the lowest it can go. Only thing I was able to do was remove two perks that I didn't ask for that magically appeared on my bill. Very unhappy with my experience. The "Sale First Customer Second" mentality this place has is alarming and not a good representation of Verizon. Going to hang on to the Internet for now but it's double what I was paying before for half the speed.
