    I don't know if it matters or not, but this is an actual Verizon authorized retailer, not one of…read morethose random stores that are owned privately. I came in to come in to have my phone looked at for minor technical issues and had a few questions to boot. So, off I went. What I like about this store is that it's easy to check in on your phone to show that you're here and get yourself electronically in line. They have merchandise here, but only for the most current phones. If you have an older phone like me, things like phone cases are not sold any longer. They also have a pay station off in the corner if you would like to put money towards your bill or whatnot. Overall, the place isn't bad. I mean, they solved my issues and helped me rather quickly get in and out, but I had to wait like 40 minutes to do so. Staff seems to know what their doing but are very strict about the electronic check-in and helping those in that specific order. At times I feel rushed when I'm here, but other times I don't. I wish they had better explanations if the specific phone models I was looking at on the displays. I was in the Samsung section, but there were like 5 different Samsung's and I didn't know which was which, or how much they were. I mean, for as much as these guys charge for phones (other carriers too) can I get a better explanation and description while you keep me waiting? I do like having a store to walk into where I can get quick assistance instead of sitting on the phone having to punch in a bunch of numbers and wait in a phone cue, but on the same note, don't make me feel rushed and label your merch please......

    Lied to in order to sell us as much as possible in our previous visit…read more Came in for phone upgrades (two S21s to an iPhone 17 Pro and to a Galaxy S26 Ultra). We were unhappy with our current internet provider, mentioned that in the store when asked about home wifi, and went through the process reviewing whether that would be a good switch or not. Both phones would increase the bill a bit (expected), and the home wifi also was going to increase the bill (also expected) but in our printout it said only $60. After getting over the hump of the post-upgrade/service add-on bill, the 2nd bill is $150 more than what was given in the print out. Multiple calls with Verizon support, they won't budge and insist that the price I'm paying is the lowest it can go. Only thing I was able to do was remove two perks that I didn't ask for that magically appeared on my bill. Very unhappy with my experience. The "Sale First Customer Second" mentality this place has is alarming and not a good representation of Verizon. Going to hang on to the Internet for now but it's double what I was paying before for half the speed.

    Making the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile was not easy--especially since I'd been with Verizon…read moresince 1998. But after years of steadily declining service, I finally decided enough was enough. I'd heard great things about T-Mobile's coverage from friends and family, so I decided to give it a shot. That's when I met Destiny Burns at the T-Mobile store--and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing! Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient as she walked me through everything I needed to know. We did run into some hiccups while trying to port over my number--thanks to some frustrating issues on Verizon's end--but Destiny went above and beyond to get it resolved. She spent over two hours with me, even calling Verizon herself and figuring out that one of their reps hadn't completed the process like they said they did. If not for Destiny's persistence and professionalism, I might have walked out still stuck in the Verizon mess. Now that everything's up and running, I couldn't be happier. The coverage is phenomenal--I actually have service at my house now, which I never had with Verizon! Huge shoutout to Destiny and the T-Mobile team. If you're thinking about switching, do it--you won't regret it.

Before I even got a chance to show them a problem with my Samsung phone's display, the T Mobile immediately accused me of dropping my new phone. What??? He dismissed me & said "I can't help you." He repeated that several times & refused to hear me or look into the issue. He obviously had problems, so I left the store. I called customer service. T Mobile apologized & agreed to exchange my defective phone for a new one, which I now have. My advice is to avoid this location. They are not the least bit helpful when you have a legitimate problem with the products they sell.
