Crappy service and liars. I bought the 17 here and had my 1st screen replaced. The lying manager said there is no way that could have happened, because they don't do screen replacements here‼‼‼ read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Marshall McClain an employee at AT&T. Last night my sister and I were in there needing to do a transfer of billing responsibility on a phone and he went above and beyond helping us jump through the hoops!! Not everything could be completed last night and he followed up today to make sure everything got accomplished and if we needed his help in getting it totally completed to reach out! To me this is great customer service. As we get older some of this technology and procedures can be a little challenging!LOL read more

This is a great company. All of the employees are great to work with. The wait is sometimes a little long.

I have to say I have always had great experiences at the Topeka location. The sales/customerservice representatives have been straight forward knowledgable. Avoid going to the 3rd party resellers like the plague. . read more

My husband and I went to the AT&T store on Wanamaker to find new phones. While we were there we also checked out our television service. Desiree was fantastic! Neither of us had passwords or account information with us. She navigated us through selecting and set up of our phones and also helped with changing our television service. Diseree demonstrated extreme patience though the entire process. read more

I would like to give a shout out to Dalton. I brought in an elderly neighbor of mine who didn't understand her billing statement. He went through it patiently with her and found a few errors which he corrected-lowering her monthly payment amount. He also gave her a Military discount she asked for which helped. When it was all figured out, she owed nothing! Until her next due date. He was extremely kind, patient, and caring towards her, and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate him and she will be back to see him in the future. You have a REALLY great staff member working there! read more

Thanks for the hard, unnecessary pull on my credit! Not to mention the heads up that you do this. What jokesters you are! Sorry though, still not laughing from the time several years ago when you turned me into collections without notifying me. If it weren't for the BBB that derogatory mark would still exist. Want to ruin your credit score? Choose AT&T! read more

I watch this place over and over manipulate people the fact that they take advantage of the elderly and laugh in their face and sell them as much as they can is pathetic I've been lied to The store manager hides can't even own up to the fact that her employees treat people like dirt and you may find yourself in that store and every time you're there you're always getting an upgrade thrown at you If u have a problem you're told there is no problem and that you're pretty much stupid but if they do anything they literally just reset your phone to factory defaults the fact that they have such massive overcharging up any product in that store should tell you to run away read more

Horribly slow, and very uninterested customer service representatives. We walked in and there was a manager standing at the check in podium. We weren't even acknowledged when we entered and about 3-4 minutes later we were finally entered into the system. Then we proceeded to stand around for ever and I do mean stand as they have very limited seating and it was all taken. The building was very warm for a October day. To bad this is the only actual AT&T store in Topeka. read more

If not I'll be writing another review. read more

Don't try to call this store. They don't pick up the phone. Ever. After attempting to call to see if a certain model of phone was in stock (we live over 30 minutes away) the phone rang for over 40 minutes!! (the entire drive over to this store). Also, when disputing a payment through AT&T customer service, AT&T Corporate attempted to call this location to confirm that they did in fact receive our old device. After having me on hold for 10+ minutes, the customer service rep came back and said that they were unable to reach this store, therefore they were unable to fix my billing issue. They're a phone company, but maybe they're afraid of calls over their network dropping. Who knows. Anyway, find a different AT&T Company store if you need an AT&T phone. read more

Customer service is extremely poor. Came to pick up my phone that in place online, said no cant do anything. Call CSR they told me to talk to the store manager and ask for the regional manager. Went in, the store manager didn't even acknowledge my presence and issue and refuse to talk to me or give me their regional manager contact. Extremely poor service, I will be shopping for other carriers now. I been with ATT for forever, now is the time to shop for other carriers that have better customer service than this ATT poor well not poor, non exes thence customer service at all. read more

Really a disappointment. Waited almost two hours to be helped and the whole time not a single worker even talked to us or acknowledged our existence. Once it was actually my turn, the guy couldn't even help me. He even noted how long I had been waiting, but didn't even apologize or anything when I decided just to leave. I should've just ordered my phone online in the first place, but I was expecting much better service. Should've read the other reviews first because they are exactly right. Don't even bother going in unless you have the whole day to waste. read more

Rude and slow!! I will never go back!!! I would rather drive to the north Topeka store then go to this one! I had previously purchased a screen protector and the life time replace plan. I go in to get it replaced and they said, "We are out of this kind of screen protector would you like the temper glass instead" I said yes not knowing about the $38 charge! We called and asked what they would of done if I would of not had any money with me (knowing that it should be free) and they said we would of broke it off the phone.. They were so rude and the phone also! My suggestion is to not go to this store!! If you are going to go to a AT&T store go to the one in north Topeka! They are really nice there! read more

Every time I have gone in, I have been quickly greeted and my issues addressed. Folks have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I don't recommend the call in experience, but I love the people at this store. I have never been disappointed with my treatment there. And I've been going there for over 15 years. read more

Total waste of my time and money. I called this store prior to stopping in during a long trip from Denver, CO to Lebanon, MO to purchase accessories for my ipad pro. I wanted to make sure they had the accessories I wanted to purchase. After checking in, I was approached by a salesperson who said he would help me then disappeared for 10 min. When he came back I explained that I wanted to purchase an apple pencil, smartfolio keyboard and a screen-protector for an ipad pro 3rd generation. After he set up the order for my accessories, we discovered it was the wrong screen protector for my ipad. I also purchased an apple pencil and a smartfolio keyboard for my ipad, I was told they would have to order the smartfolio keyboard (even though I called in to verify that they had it prior to stopping.) Because they had to order it, I was told it would be two transactions, and I had to purchase more accessories to make the first transaction at least $150 in order for it to be part of my installment plan on my ipad line. After leaving the store, my daughter discovered that the pencil I was sold was not compatible with my ipad. When I called in to explain this, they said there was nothing they could/would do considering I live out of town and couldn't come back to the store (mind you they didn't have the generation 2 pencils in stock anyway, which is why they went ahead and sold me the wrong one.) I had to go to another apple store (2 hours out of my way) and exchange it for the correct pencil. Then I discovered the $200 charge on my checking account fort the smartfolio that was supposed to be on an installment plan... they told me after I called back inquiring about this that "they explained to me that it would not be on an installment plan" why did I waste my time? The whole purpose of buying it through at&t was that I wanted the correct products for what I had already purchased through at&t and I wanted it on an installment plan for my business to pay for. Also, when I called in to inquire, they were rude, spoke over me and told me they "explained this" to me. Umm. no, they didn't. Bad customer service. read more

The customer service here is a disaster, slow, don't answer their phone. When you get someone they are rude. Spoke with manager and he was the worst of the bunch. Would say stay away from this location at all cost. read more
