After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! It took a good bit of time, but in the end, Iresq went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. I'm very pleased and would use them again! I ended up getting OEM screen for the same price I'd payed at the other place across the street for an aftermarket screen that never really worked right. When I picked up phone I tested the screen and one quadrant wasn't working properly.
