He eventually was the person who helped us as well. One issue resolved as call blocking was enabled somehow and with a call he got it handled. My issue stemmed from RCS not working with an Android contact... so he reset and advised me to share that with the other person too. It must be on for us both. I was transferred over to T-mobile but the service was not active. I went home and spoke to my previous carrier (something I could have done there) and got the green light to transfer, however had no way of doing it at home. The following day I showed up at the store to get the phone activated and the expert said he couldn't help me. Again without a phone until 4pm Saturday we called customer support and it took 2 1/2 hours to get what the "expert " screwed up in the store corrected and my service on. May I say customer support was amazing! If you can avoid this store do so!

First was when lens cover cracked after dropping iPhone…read more- quick and easy repair with a quality product, and I added a better hard case for future protection. Second was when MacBook Air shut off in midst of update and wouldn't/couldn't restart - patient advice helped in waiting out the problem until restart was complete.
