(I figured any place would for a phone that is 7yrs old) It came in and was quick and easy to replace. That night I realized my phone wouldn't take a charge. I brought it back to them they worked there magic and got it functioning like new again. Great customer service. They confused the passcodes so they were unable to even start and yet they didn't bother to contact me for clarification. No call for 5 hrs. I called to check on the progress and was able to give them the code (again). Next day...no call. I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready in 1 hr, maximum 2 hrs. .... 3 hrs later, no call and approaching closing time ...I go there. They had done nothing because they didn't have the iCloud pssscode.......again, no effort to contact me for that information. I took my phones and left. 2 DAYS wasted. Not sure if they can competently repair phones...... they don't competently run their business .

I payed the 260 dollars…read morefor the part and labor then waited for the part to come in, the part finally came in and to their credit they did get the screen replaced but not without causing other issues with the phone. after having the phone back in my possession over a weekend these issues came to light so i called them to let them know. I was told to bring the phone in so they could take a look and fix the issues fast forward two weeks and I get a call that my phone is unfix able it was returned to me in a completely inoperable state a paperweight if you will. I was told that a refund was the best they could do and that they would never touch this kind of phone again as if that was supposed to help me. i am now out a 1000 dollar phone and stuck trying to find a cheap replacement.
