I still have no idea what I'm really being charged for on my account and am very disappointed at how I was treated. She treated me like I was stupid and shut down my questions and flat out contradicted me when I said I hadn't been charged for this in the past. She had absolutely zero concern for my confusion or my questions. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, it's frustrating to be treated with so little respect when I have simple questions. Definitely never going to this store again.
