I've come to get an upgrade on a phone. It's not that easy ..... the manager put me off for several days. I offer to pay for the phone and the did not even take my offer. The manager hides in the back and tries to resolve thru his minions. Not good customer service. I left the store after 45 minutes of silence. Unbeknownst to me, They can't work on my account if I'm not in the store. Manager Dom said he would obra T and do his job for 2 days and totally forgot that I was waiting for him. It's a whole week later and because I left. He did not continue to help me resolve. I guess he took it personal. Not good from a "manager". Today it's been 15 minutes so far and still haven't seen him peek out. read more

Super friendly people but will not be returning to this store. Went in to add a line to my account, the employee who helped me sneakily added device protection, AT&T home tech protection and changed my plan without even asking me permission. I get they want to make commission, but these shady practices will be what makes me never enter a store to do business ever again... I'll keep my business to online only from now on, or maybe switch back to my previous carrier if AT&T corporate doesn't address my issues. read more

The sales rep really screwed my bill up big time! Please make sure they print out your order or you'll be surprised and find all sort of add-ons when you get home. Lesson learned! It took me 3 weeeks to get those charges removed because one sales rep was being sneaky and added insurance and the Next Up when I've declined those coverages. I came back to drop off my phone for the trade in. I waited almost 45 minutes without one person acknowledged me. One rep even went straight to the back after he got done with a client and didn't even greet or offer to help. So after 45 minutes, I left. The worst place ever! Not customer friend or helpful, at all. I came in to correct a simple issue, they gave me the wrong device color, just needed an exchange for an unopened item purchased two days prior. When I walked in, I was the only customer and none of the three reps approached to help. I had to announce why I came in from the entrance and they all looked at each other to help. When one, Given, (begrudgingly) began to help me I felt he kept looking for ways to not resolve the situation. When I pressed, he eventually provide a way we could make it happen. He kept running to the back for long periods of time. When we finally got to the point where they could exchange the device, it required $55 restocking fee, which I was told I didn't need to pay when I spoke to my regular rep earlier, but there was no manager on site to override and no back up procedure when this occurs. I understand there's no commission with an exchange but I've been with AT&T for over year with 6 line plan and automatic payments so never been late, I was extremely disappointed. To be honest from the beginning I felt profile as a black women with an issue by the all white male reps working that day. read more

We had a great experience upgrading my i-phone at this AT&T location. We did have to wait about 20 minutes to meet with someone because they were already busy but that's understandable. I'm basically writing this review to rave about Amy L. who helped us get set up. She was very informative and helpful in every way possible. She was fun to talk to and gave us great tips on accessories. Awesome customer service! I love my new phone and would highly recommend visiting their store if you have AT&T. I'm going to start by saying that I don't think there is a single person out there that enjoys going into any phone store, ever. I have always had awful experiences in AT&T stores. It always seems like you go in to get a new phone and come out spending 500$ more than you bargained for after taxes, fees, etc. I have literally left a store before with our representative saying he needed a strong drink because of all of the headaches. However, I went to this store this past Friday, and I have to say: it wasn't as painful as it usually is. We were helped by Amy, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She was so easy to talk to and made the phone buying experience a little less awful. Like I said, I don't think anyone is ever happy about this experience, but this store seemed to have it together a little more than the others that I have visited. read more

I went to this store to upgrade my phone to the 11Pro and get my son a smart watch. It was busy, and all employees were helping customers, so we looked around and it seemed as though all the employees noticed we were there because I had gotten side-eyed a few times......after about 15 minutes we sat on the little couch to wait for help. Within 5 minutes, two families walked in and were greeted and helped by the employees. I was shocked that my son and I, somehow, were completely ignored by this store. I will never go back and I will refer all friends and family to the one in North Olmsted. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Worked with Denise to transfer over my sprint phone and consolidate our existing lines - Denise was great!! My wife and I had some discrepancies with our bill (not to her fault whatsoever), and Denise was able to resolve the issues appropriately. Seriously--though. 5 stars for realistic, great customer service. I should have used Yelp to find this location, but for some horrible reason I googled it and was sent in the wrong direction on Center Ridge Road. I know... I don't know what I was thinking! NEVER AGAIN! Anyways. I ended up stumbling on this store and was so happy to have the door opened for me on a very windy, sunny spring day. My plan was to buy an iPad Mini in the shortest amount of time possible. I believe we achieved this, Mike W! (That was who helped me.) I told him what I wanted, he told me what they had. It pretty much matched up perfectly and I was happy. I was a bit confused on the pricing and Mike was very informative. He seemed a little tired, but he didn't hide it--and strangely I appreciated it because I was tired too. I feel like that's what made him want to move quickly, but make sure I was taken care of. I was set up and jammin' out in around 35 minutes, and that's because I asked questions and made him check the back for an iPad with more memory. Oh, and he walked me through their iPad mini cases--which I know I need, but their selection was ugly, so I skipped it for now. While I was being helped, I noticed the other staff was taking ridiculously good care of everyone else in the shop. Including one staff member who actually sat down next to an older lady, looked at what she used most on her phone, her bill and listened to what she wanted before he drafted up the perfect new plan and phone for her. Literally sitting next to her on a bench. Small talking. Awesome. You can tell customer service is a big thing here. Oh, and I did manage to get Mike W to smile a few times with my witty sense of humor. OK--maybe I resorted to fart jokes, but who is keeping track?! (Kidding.) Mike--you were a huge help, and thanks again. Quick, great customer service, and in and out in under 45 minutes! Now that's winning. read more

I stopped in to upgrade our two Android's. The phone we were keen on was out of stock. The rep did not try to offer a different phone but stood with his arms folded and said we just don't have it. That was it! I went to Best Buy and the rep their was fantastic! We upgraded to much better phones that was in our budget as well. He also gave me advice regarding charges on my bill ( we bundle everything) that we've been paying and it really shocked me. My advice is to go over your phone bill carefully. So, maybe he first guy was having a bad day, but his service stunk! read more

Service????? I went in to disconnect phone service (customer went to a nursing home) over an hour wait to "see" someone, then 90 minutes as the customer rep didn't know how to disconnect the phone service. Easier to just throw the bill away and let them disconnect the phone; I mentioned that and the customer rep said that the customer would get a bad credit rating (?), at 97, and in a nursing home?? the customer rep should have thought that out before opening his mouth. This AT + T store is slow, and do not regard potential customer's time. read more

One star is more than generous here. My husband and I wanted to purchase internet service and received 45 minutes of run around instead. When we spoke with Gavin on January 3, we wanted a speed fast enough to effectively power an Amazon Fire stick. We were told that the speed we wanted was only available if a technician installed it at a cost of $100, but this wasn't required for a slightly slower speed, which we could self install. Since the slower speed would still be effective, we choose that option. Clearly Gavin wasn't expecting this. He vanished to a back room for a good twenty minutes and when he returned, informed us that there was going to be an additional $45- even though we would self install. At that point, we heard enough. If you be honest with us from the first, why would I trust you at all? We left empty handed and won't be going back. read more
