Very pleased with customer service and expertise here…read more Dropped my iPhone 7 when out of case and the face cracked. Rode it out for a while but today the screen stopped functioning. Richmond Geeks saved the day! I initially went to the Batteries Plus down the street, but they had no one trained to fix a 7 screen tonight. I'm grateful that they referred me here! I got here at 20 til 7 and figured they wouldn't be able to perform the service tonight since they closed at 7 but they graciously offered to do the work anyways. The price wasn't as low at BP, but they did a great job and were super friendly and accommodating so I don't mind having to shell out an extra 20 bucks.

Customer service is obviously a thing of the past with cell phone companies. If you have a customer…read morewho's loyal, paying their bill every month on time, you'd think they would to want to do everything they could to keep someone like that.....NOPE!!! We've had Cricket for 2 yrs. My son wanted to get a new phone because he's had the same one since we signed up for service. Cricket charges an "upgrade" fee on top of their "retail" prices. Now I could understand if we'd just purchased a phone and wanted another but after 2 yrs, a cell phone is often almost unusable and obsolete. To top that, you go into the store to voice these concerns and are met with rudeness and just plain attitude. That's what occurred yesterday at this site. I don't know if the female (apologize for referring to gender but there was also a male associate and since I was treated so poorly by the female, I wanted to make it clear which of the two was responsible as I didn't get her name) associate was having a bad day or if this is how she normally treats customers but she was just defensive, argumentative and could not care less whether she sold a phone or even if we stayed with Cricket. This is even more appalling if she is the store manager! For the price, Cricket is a good deal with decent cell service. But don't go in expecting to be treated anywhere close to respectful.
