I came in with a broken phone, and nearly in tears because I just KNEW that I was about to dump my last paycheck on a stupid phone.. I explained to the lady that I had to walk out that day with a new phone no matter the cost, and voila. I was out of there writhing 30 minutes with the newest iPhone and I only raising my monthly payment $11. I have 0 complaints, and quite frankly think that some of the other people that bashed this place need to take a xanax or even join the 'high staff' out back to take a load off. 10/10 would recommend. :)

So okay fine, I then told him I would pay for whatever phone she wanted outright and he completely flipped the switched. First he said that was fine, then he went into trying to get me to put the phone on the bill which I declined because I just wanted to buy her the phone outright with no impact to the bill. I even told him I would pay off the remaining balance of her current phone and then purchase the new phone but he didn't want that either since she wouldn't be trading in the her current phone at that point. After stumbling all over his words trying to retract all the things he had just offered he finally said that unless I was going to put the phone on the bill he was not able to help me because buying a phone outright was "not possible" in that location. Very sketchy and made no sense. When I challenged him and asked for explanation there was none. Again it was very clear that he wanted to reap whatever benefit he gets from billing things to the account and doing trade ins. We left and won't be back.

Also, based on my observation of the chain of events that unveiled on the night I was there, the store manager and district manager created not only an environment of enmity, but also closely reflects why the store only has a worrying 2.7 star review on the AT&T website -seems to me this is not the first time this duo of incompetency have let customers down. Ultimately, not addressing this issue, AT&T is risking the loss of potential and current customers. Once there, Christina completely set my phone up, taking the SIM card from my old phone and putting it in the new, etc. No way I would known to do that! The associate at the store instructed me to send my trade in back with the materials sent with my new phone. Which was WRONG. They were supposed to be sent in the store with the associate. It's been over 8 months and I have yet to receive the credits from my trade in. ATT has two of my phones without giving any credits as promised - all because the associate that works here didn't know what he was doing. I've been bounced back and forth from trade in, this store, and customer service. Hours of my life lost because of this store. Save yourself the headache AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.
