I've been to this store several times lately and what has pleased me most is how friendly and…read morehelpful every employee has been. They greet you every time you enter the store and thank you every departure. Ask you first thing if they can help you with. The store manager helped my wife and me with shoes and was very attentive and patient with us as we tried on quite a few different pairs of shoes. Big 5 sales prices are usually good values, especially compared to other places selling sporting goods. Thumbs up all around. If you can handle overkill with emails announcing sales, their email list provides coupons that help boost your buying power, too.

I am definitely not one to leave a negative review but I am pretty shocked with my experience. The…read morestore was fine but ELLA (purple hair) , the employee who checked us out was incredibly rude. I am a very understanding person and would usually just assume she was having a rough day. However, she proved she could be nice by talking to her fellow employee in a completely different manner than the customers. To us, she rolled her eyes, glared, and aggressively bagged our items. She never once directly spoke to us or acknowledged us other than rude glances. It truly ruined our experience . People like this should not work in customer service!

The manager (STEVE) was Extremely Rude and refused my return. This product never left the bag after purchase, I realized I had made a mistake in gauge and set it aside. The manager made his Rude approach and rejection of the sale in front of a long line of customers and I will never support this business again! Most of the business is junked up with plastic, their yarn and fabric section is failing miserably.

I'm new to this store and on advice of family, this Shop was highly recommended. I've been with…read moreother Shops in Pocatello, and online, searching for the ALMIGHTY TASTE that satisfies MY particular desires! My search, which has been somewhat limited, still marches on! However, I purchased a multiple of six juices on the mere recommendations of this Store's Staff. My taste "buds" were awakened and to my surprise came - Root Beer Float, taste just as good as I remember days past; Seedless - Watermelon taste you never forget and NITRO - WTF CINNAMON,enuff said! I feel like the lil kids at Xmas time awaiting the three remaining gifts not from the "Wisemen", but the Evaporated Tech. The remaining three will be reviewed on my timeline? The only bad remark I have is the Name! How about all customers write in a review name, and should the Store agree, we give it the Vape - Juice - Product name, we the customer desire! I will start with "Idaho Still" - Vapor Laced Your Way! Waiting to hear from the Shops loyal customers?

This place is amazing, my story starts out with the fact I have an old KangerTech model and I ran…read moreout of coils ( I bulk bought them when I got it). I sent my amazing loving boyfriend out to grab me a couple standby's until I could grab another bulk amount. Unfortunately the reality sank in finally that I needed to upgrade my vape machine. The only place I would most likely be able to find the coils now was online. (As someone addicted to nicotine as self-medication for panic attacks..that would not do timewise, and online can't always be trusted). So, later that day my boyfriend convinced my grumpy self to go with him, as he had met one of the employees there earlier the same day who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We went there and this guy was super knowledgeable! Not only that but he explained everything I wanted to know about moving to my next vaporizer, but also the pros and cons of each type. Did I mention they make they delicious vape liquids IN HOUSE?? The man assisting me, in fact, was one of the creators of the many yummy flavours there! I ended up leaving with 3 bottles of vape liquid, a brand-spanking-new vape machine, and a receipt showing my bank was intact and I could not only have my nicotine, but it barely messed with our budget! Bottom Line: Knowledgeable, Friendly, Unique, Patient, Empathetic and Fun...This store is worth it to go to for any vaporizing needs, concerns or questions!
