Purchased a BodyGuards screen protector per the salesman when purchasing a new phone on April 7,2025, huge crack, back to store and was told by Salesman "he sold you a cheap protector" purchased the ATT protector and it cracked on Sept 5th, bought new one, cracked Sept 7th. it cracked on Sept 13th in the middle of screen.went to store and and asked to speak to manager about why their screens are so thin that crack too easily and if he could help with a credit or new screen. he said "no, call 611" so very disappointed in this store and manager. will go else where. read more

One star is too many for this place! Go somewhere else. They sell you on one thing then add a few more you're unaware of, then they can't seem to help remove or reimburse for their screw ups. Horrible service! Ty is a douche also. read more

Tried to shop for some better Internet options in our immediate area. Really amazed how people residing in the Motherland of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are having crappier access to broadband speeds than in certain areas not famous for being innovative. I was told it's not even about control, but more of lack of the competition. Yep right in the most successful capitalistic society, we the rural people can afford bigger cars, houses you name it, but are expected to pay exorbitant prices for SLOWER Internet as compared to pretty much the rest of the world. Poland and Baltic states consistently offer faster Wi-Fi in a public places compared to what average Idahoan in rural areas has to pay hard earned money for. Cable One renamed Sparklight even put caps on how much traffic you can use. In 2020s. Ok, Verizon refuses to install FiOS unless you have a business account and registering LLC just to get Internet sounds like too much effort in 2023. This guys got me transferred to some duder in Atlanta who told me although AT&T would not provide broadband Internet in our area he would gladly refer me to Viasat who would get me up to 12mbps to download, which does not even fit FCC's definition of a high speed internet for over $149.00 monthly. Bargain, indeed. Hope he gets well soon and crawls back from being stuck in 1996 when those numbers were considered impressive. read more

No longer a corporate owned store, which means unless your buying something this location is worthless. Went in for a simple SIM card swap or activate eSim they couldn't do it ... mind blown... this place needs to permanently close its of no use anymore. Off to Verizon read more

The manager at the Pocatello Idaho office, Pocatello Idaho was so courteous and kind and helpful and I recommend this store to anyone.

Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable!! The new staff at this location are all great! I didn't always have the best experience with the previous staff but now that they are under new management they are much more helpful and friendly! read more

Marisa & Chris were very helpful in assisting me with a data overage/ billing issue while on an extended visit from out of state. It did take several visits to the store - not their fault- but they handled the issue in a friendly and understanding manner. I appreciated it. I only gave 4 stars because we always have issues with ATT in general. read more
