We complained and were told that they weren't charging insurance because it would be more costly to charge insurance than just to pay for it. We just switched pharmacies and found when the new pharmacy charged the insurance there was zero copay. Now we are getting our compounding prescriptions for free. We spent hundreds of dollars needlessly thanks to Shaver.

Not only did they NOT check my fluids but I was told by the man at the desk that I had a taillight out. I bought the bulb and went out there with an employee to discover the light was working (my bad I guess for trusting "professionals"). I kept the bulb because I could use it in the future, got home and checked my fluids because the bulb situation made me suspicious... and all of them were low. They didn't even fill my wiper fluid, which on the paperwork says it was completed. They're lying con artists. If they can't be bothered to tell me my fluids are low then what else are they neglecting to tell customers, and what other scams are they pulling?

Both on the phone and in person while delivering. They were closed today (12-24-22) but someone went in and heard voicemails. I got a call and soon after got my two prescriptions delivered!
