Do NOT get your car work done here. I went for an oil change, got the premium and specifically asked if they could check my fluids. Not only did they NOT check my fluids but I was told by the man at the desk that I had a taillight out. I bought the bulb and went out there with an employee to discover the light was working (my bad I guess for trusting "professionals"). I kept the bulb because I could use it in the future, got home and checked my fluids because the bulb situation made me suspicious... and all of them were low. They didn't even fill my wiper fluid, which on the paperwork says it was completed. They're lying con artists. If they can't be bothered to tell me my fluids are low then what else are they neglecting to tell customers, and what other scams are they pulling? read more

This walmart sucks for pick up orders. For starters they don't update their inventory hardly at all so you can buy something and then get there to pick it up and the order will get cancelled. Then when you do go in and ask for a refund they will tell you to call the customer service number which takes you to an AI assistant that never actually helps you or answers your questions or relays any information to your representative. Secondly if you try to order groceries they will often "forget" or misplace many items that are in the same area of the store as other items for example I bought milk and got the milk but not the heavy whipping cream or cream cheese which is all in the same area of the store. Then when you figure out you are missing things, they ask you to call the customer service number. They will not actually provide customer service in store by giving you the missing items or allowing you to get those items with store credit. You have to wait for a full refund under the company and your bank or credit union to accept it. Which is absolutely bonkers if you needed those items right away. Thats that whole point of buying them that day in the first place. read more

Hooray for another Walmart that supports overnight parking. I stopped into the store for a few bits, used the restroom and then moved the van to a spot not far from the Pickup area. Still fairly crappy compared to most Wal-marts located within few hundred miles from our residence. In 1995 I think managers inherit their positions, morale is as low as it gets lazy employees, pick up is horrible by any standards. Friday night you may get stuck idling for 40 minutes awaiting your $30 worth of groceries. Told my wife to stop doing it to me as parking and running into actual store and grabbing the desired items is faster and easier than utilizing their pick up services. Here is a hint: stop taking more orders per hour than you can reasonably process. Or train employees and offer them incentives if they move a bit faster and make greater effort during pick hours. There are only few unique items, other than that pick up is like 5-6 times faster and easier at Fred Meyer in Pocatello area. Delivery orders go well. My experience inside this store have be the worst times ever in any Walmart I've ever been in. They say you can never find an employee--well, it so very true here. Then I did they knew nothing even though it was their area they work in. The cashier appeared/acted like she hated being there. I bet! So, my shopping has gotten to be home deliveries only. Don't know how a reorganization doesn't happen here. Never seen employees so blatantly hate their job in the presence of customers. I really only enjoy one person working here. The red/orange (I'm not a hair color expert, give me a break) haired Young Lady that works in electronics she has been super helpful in almost every instance I talk with her. We had a big order of sub sandwiches for 300 people. The workers, including Lena, went above and beyond to get it done on time and help us load them into our car. Restrooms not in good order. Odorous upon walking into the area. Either deodorizers are empty or not working. Handicapped stall has to be lifted from the bottom, in order to be able to lock it, otherwise stays open. Hinges are in bad repair. This Walmart does have a larger variety of goods both grocery & clothing, that would appeal to a larger group of people. That I was happy to see. The clothing for women was a much better selection. They still do not have men"s shorts, that are of good quality & shorter & more fitted on the leg. Someone needs to explain to the buyer, that baggy & ill fitting is not conducive to all men. I only go to this one to pick up things that are undeliverable on Walmart.com. Once I was here shopping with my other half, and she had her items at the register, and she put the divider between our products. DIRTY!!! This is one of the dirtiest Walmart's I have ever been in! It wasn't like this in the past and am really surprised that the higher ups would let it get this bad. Cleaning also includes dusting, keeping the fruits and vegatbles clean ,and free of debris. If you need a Walmart you might want to drive to Blackfoot (20 miles away). Its a Walmart, they have lots of things for sale, across a giant store, at a discount, with little help in sight. Its Walmart people, don't expect the service of Target. The store is clean and neat, and the staff I ran into were nice. Most Walmarts let RV'ers park overnight, and I highly suggest making the drive to the back for a quite nights rest. While shopping and comparing prices online I found a compact steam iron listed for $9.97 but when I went to compare it to other irons and went back to order the compact steam iron the price went to $15.97, this has happen twice while shopping and comparing items online. I understand items may be a bit higher due to shipping cost but to first list the price at one price and to go back to order the item it jumps up to a higher price. This is seriously the worst freaking Walmart...they had a totally of two cash registers open while there were employees legitimately every where most doing nothing. Lines were so back up is was ridiculous. My check stand lady probably should've been retired to the greeter area a long time ago. It took like 20 min (had a totally of 15 items) for her check me out. I had half tempted to flag a manager down and see if they possibly needed a hand, consider I have nothing but customer background. I did watch one of the either supervisor or manager try to get another manager to call for more checks and the other manager rudely blew her off. Avoid it. It's the same thing every year. Same 6 workers who only work on 1 car at a time. I tested this by going one more time and I had to wait 3 hours for just an oil change. I watched them laugh and constantly drink from there coffee cups. It took them over 3 hours to finish one CAR. It's absurd and I don't understand why the manager hasn't been fired. This isn't the only complaint from these 6 guys. I'm disgusted that younger adults don't have an opportunity to learn and give better service than these dudes. If I could rate negative 5 stars I would. I purchased new tires for my car through the Walmart "auto body shop" (a lame excuse for one) on a Monday and had them put on. I had to wait 4 1/2 hours upon my arrival just to get them put on and when I showed up they had no idea where the tires were after I purchased them online but they were "in stock". The lady "helping" everyone was so rude to her boss in front of everyone standing in line and had an attitude with everyone as well. Very unprofessional work environment. Now I am back in here on my Saturday morning waiting an additional 3 hours because one of the tires is now flat. Waste of time! I will never return here ever again. The 3 x 4 waiting room space was filthy and had only 3 chairs. People were coming in and out of a small door with huge shopping carts because they were too lazy to walk through the front doors to their car just for grocery shopping.
