Each time they were rude and unprofessional. This last time was the worst. When I asked for a clarification on a dishwasher feature, the salesman says to me "I already answered that question but if you can't remember then I guess I'll have to tell you again." I have heard of their reputation but this one was first-hand. So, we bought our appliance across town the next day! I very much believe in shopping locally; however, this is one local business I hope goes away soon.
