Everyone is super professional and courteous. Any problems I've had have been addressed and communicated effectively. Very friendly staff.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE IN POCATELLO IDAHO. The most unprofessional and dishonest people I have ever encountered. They make cheap furniture and will not replace it even if you have paid for the extended warranty. Our bed has broken on us 5 times and they halfway fixed it each time, the service technician told us the first time that it was not going to be fixed correctly, and 4 times later it was still not fixed. Now the bed is damaged beyond repair, and they will not replace it. I have been in contact with multiple people over the last 40 days while my bed has been on the floor and have got the run around from everyone. I've had one person tell me they will replace it; one person say they will give me the money spent on it towards a new bed and now the store manager is telling me all he will do is "try' to fix it again. I asked him what the purpose of the warranty is if they will not replace something that is broken, he said they will replace it within reason. I asked what "within reason" is categorized as and he stared at me and said do you want us to try and fix it again? I asked again, what is within reason? He responded with, do you want me to try and fix it again or not? We got in an altercation in the store. He asked me if we needed to "take the problem outside" and then told me to "get the hell out of his store." Now we are stuck with a $1000 dollar bed that is broken and our mattress is on the floor. Upon returning home I called the corporate and they let us know that this store is independently owned and unfortunately, they cannot do anything about how these people operate their business. The only option was filing a corporate complaint. Absolutely worst customer support I have ever received at any retail store ever. I will do everything in my power to keep anyone away from this store, so they do not have to go through what we have gone through for the last couple years. If you buy from Ashley, you will be disappointed with the whole experience. Great job Ashley Home Store you picked some winners to run your store here in Pocatello Idaho. Hopefully, someone that is about to spend money in your store will see this, and I can stop them from making that mistake. You will never get another penny out of me. Would never buy from them. You find furniture that you like on their showroom, and they tell you you can sit on it but you cannot take it. It will be up to 16 weeks befroe you can have it delivered. They will not sell the floor sample to you. Who wants to wait up to 16 weeks for new furniture. read more

Not impressed at all. We ordered a couch November 11th, were told it would be delivered 4-6 weeks at the latest. Called in the middle of December to get an update and they told us first week of January (8 week mark). It is now January 4th and I called today to see when it would be delivered this week..... nope, they told us it's now pushed back to the end of January. Do not tell a customer 4 weeks and then expect them to pleased with 12 weeks, that's not even remotely close. We also ordered a rug, they called us a month later to let us know we can't get the rug and would have to either re-fund us for it or buy the one off of the floor. Every time I have spoken with them, they are unapologetic and they really could care less. I would have much rather bought from another store then not have a couch in my living room for 3 months. read more

I should have read the reviews before going here. We ordered and paid for furniture in July and was told it would be here the end of August. Ok, that's not too far off. The lady said she would keep us in the loop. She didn't. September rolls around and nothing. I call, was told they would call and check and call me back, nothing. Called back and was told October maybe and would get a call back...nothing. Called back and was told to call back in 2 weeks. Called back and talked to our original sales lady and she said she would check and call back...she didn't. Gave it a week, called back and was told end of December and to call back in 2 weeks. Why? So I can be told February? I get furniture is hard to get in and is running behind. A little communication and a 1 minute phone call to keep us posted isn't hard to do. That's what I'm mostly upset about. I feel the customer service was great and when you pay and leave, that's it. They got our money and all communication stops. We are debating cancelling our whole order. We have gotten our furniture from Ashley before in other states and have been happy. That's why we came to the Poky location. Never again. Salespeople are very helpful. The store is very clean and comfortable. I went in without any intention to buy anything as I don't live anywhere near there. Wanted to find some pricing on sectionals and was bored (Not a lot to do in Pocatello). Anyway I told the satff this and they didn't seem to mind one bit they answered all my questions and even told me who sells Ashley in my home town. People of Pocatello should be very happy to have such a nice place in their area to buy furniture at. read more

I purchased a leather sectional with reclining chairs and a chaise lounge. I also purchased the extended warranty which the salesman told me would cover everything. It was a HUGE sacrifice to purchase due to my husband passing away. The brown color started coming off one of the recliners and the adding was lopsided and a spring was not right, so I called the store and was told to call the warranty company. I did and I honestly cannot believe how rude she was to me. She said that wasn't covered and when I told her that the salesman said that everything was, she then asked me if I had read the contract. The contract is tiny print on legal size paper, both sides. I had trusted the salesman. I then called the store back, in tears. She said that she would speak to the manager and call me back. I never received a call. I am heartbroken. I live on a very tiny disability income and had purchased this with garage sale money from having to move from my home after my husband's passing, so my daughter, who was a senior in high school could bring her friends over to watch movies. She was grieving the loss of her daddy and just couldn't leave our apartment. I do NOT recommend them. I have NEVER written a review or complained, but this was simply heartbreaking. read more

I bought the extended warranty on an extensive furniture purchase. The warranty is supposed to cover for 5 years, and I have had the set for 3 years. The set is not wearing well, but the over-sized chair is completely worn out (leather worn off the seat, reclining mechanism is worn, and it shifts from side to side when sat on). I cannot get help from anyone at Ashley's Furniture to help with this problem. *I paid extra for the extended warranty! read more
