Asked if we could be helped. Obviously we were there looking for a mattress as we told the sales person. Need one for the new RV we just purchased. About a minute later another couple walked in, "Can I help you?" Same as we stated, "we're looking for a new mattress." The sales person being the only person there should have said, "I will be right with you.", and continued to help us but instead we were ignored while she played 20 questions with the latter customer. I told my wife, "guess our money is no good here.", and we walked out being ignored. On the way back home we noticed another mattress store that we were unaware of. Stopped and same senario, only ones in the store with sales rep. He was extremly helpful and inquisitive to our sleeping habits. Showed us several mattress. Another customer showed up. Sales rep told them he would be right with them. He gave us options on different mattresses and food for thought so we told him to please help them while we look at the ones you showed us. Purchased a great mattress that we are very happy with, so maybe thank you is in order to Idaho Mattress Outlet for the bad service. I would have gotten better customer service at Costco.

The lady was SO ABRASIVE AND RUDE!!! Telling me I needed to buy 2 twins at 125 each. I said the ad showed one larg foundation and one price. She kept repeating herself. I expressed we were disappointed for the misleading ad. She was so aggressive in her tone and had NO interest in showing us anything, didn't even offer to. I asked for her name and she replied "I'm a manager" with an eye roll. Well "Manager" I work in the service industry at a very popular restaurant. Word or mouth is very powerful in a small town. When I asked for a clarification on a dishwasher feature, the salesman says to me "I already answered that question but if you can't remember then I guess I'll have to tell you again." I have heard of their reputation but this one was first-hand. So, we bought our appliance across town the next day! I very much believe in shopping locally; however, this is one local business I hope goes away soon.
