Please don't use this store. There are unnecessary fees charged. Go to the corporate store! Go Wireless finds ways to swindle you out of money. I bought the liquid protection for two phones. They opened one kit and treated both phones and charged me for two kits. They charge a fee to transfer your info. This is a bogus fee. That information is transfered automatically. A year and a half later and they have still been charging my account for two phones and two watches that I already paid off in full! They will steal your money! Their district manager, Aldo, won't do anything about it! He isn't even man enough to call customers himself. He passes it off to his store managers. Young fellows were friendly and smiley alright. But their numbers are all the way off. I came to inquire because this summer after I modified one number on my account and received official e-mail confirmation that ONLY digits in the phone number were modified not the plan itself or anything else. Yet somehow they switched plan on just this 1 line without my knowledge or consent and it had difficulty communicating to my other 2 lines ever after. I tried to make Verizon rectify this particular issue for a couple of weeks now decided to ask this store was told they can not help, but if I switch plan on all the lines they will give me 3 free new phones and drop like $40 from monthly charges. 2 $800 phones and one that is worth $1200. Even leaving question of constantly overpriced electronics behind (laptops that were worth $800 few years ago can be purchased for $399.99 now and not like they don't outsource and IPhones are US made). I would have to trade in my decent paid off ones though, so that is not too sweet of the deal, then again brand new devices and $40x12=$480 saved is $480 annually earned, right? I thought on it came back also asked about home Internet they advertise, 1 guy told me my address qualifies, but according to the other one it does not, which is Ok, the area is as rural as it gets. What threw me off I had not always worked in the office and like to work on couple home improvement projects so it is important for me that my phone gets well protected and when I asked about Otter Defender case I was not quoted exact price, but was told when I switch between devices I should expect to spend ~ $250 per new device, so $750 to switch to FREE new phones which come with a monthly phone payment because taxes should be paid upfront, but even assuming quoted prices(cheaper anywhere else) but 2x800+1200=$2800. Sales tax in Idaho used to be 6%. And 6 % from %2800 is $168, not $750. Imagine we throw in Otter case at $50, whole deal should be closer to $218, not to $750. Needless to say unlocked phones with similar specs can be found 30-40% cheaper. Last, but not least it is entirely impossible to call the store directly and I can write a book or two about why it is bad to outsource call centers to companies located abroad. read more

We went in here to get my husband a new phone. The guy who "helped" us was very arrogant and not helpful. He acted annoyed by our questions. He said to turn the phone on (as he walked away). I had to follow him and ask which button) When I told him it didn't turn on he said,"Did you put the battery in?" I asked if the battery went in the back. He said it did. I then had to use my fingernail to unscrew the screw on the back and figure out what way it went. Maybe he was annoyed that he just got a flip phone. Whatever happened to customer service? They need to be a little more understanding of older people and realize we're not as savvy about these things. Now my husband has a phone he doesn't know how to use because we gave up on asking him. BEWARE! This outfit is NOT the corporate Verizon store and will rip you off! They have you sign an electronic pad when buying a new phone that agrees to hidden charges. They charged me an addition 19.95 to set up my new phone when they did nothing. I set up the phone myself - 100%. I didn't know there was a line item for this charge until after getting the receipts. This is on top of Verizon's $30 fee to convert. Manager did nothing and would not call me back. GO DOWN THE STREET to the Corporate Verizon - not this one that goes by wireless go. read more
