Not only did it take 3 hours (OMG), but they incorrectly charged us for internet - and they added my upgraded watch as a new line, so I was paying double. Definitely won't ever be going back - and do not recommend it to anyone else.

    Deceptive business practices. Went in for an upgrade and Braxton said that the new device under…read morethe promotion would be $.27 per month. Turns out that she changed our plan, added services and there was a device payment. Increase on our bill after promotional credit would be $34/per month. We would not have upgraded for a significant increase in the bill. We were going to also get 2 watches and were told to come back the next day to complete the purchase. We did and she had decided to take the day off and were told to come back on Saturday. We did and she wasn't in again and by then we found out about the increases and when Dayvi got her on the phone, she lied about what she told us. Told to come back on Monday to talk to Peter and we came in again, and Peter was not there. Dayvi tried to help and got part of our old phone re-hooked up and we lost all the contacts etc. He also changed the plan back and removed the up charges that she put on. However, 5 days later the device payment for the full amount is still showing on our account. Had to contact Verizon and they advised that they do not show the return of the phone. Turns out that the local store claims they sent it back to Verizon and we have to wait for it to show up at the warehouse. Nobody mentioned this either. DO NOT do business with the location. We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years and this has soured us on the company.

    Went in on Wednesday at 545PM. I called earlier in the day and asked how much to repair the back of…read morean iPhone 15 Pro Max, they told me $150. When I arrived at the kiosk, the guy told me $170. I said "really?" And he said "yes, they're expensive." Told him I was quoted $150 and he said "oh okay sure no problem." Took about an hour which is exactly what he quoted. That wasn't bad, although when I called they told me 30-45 minutes. All good there, no big deal. I picked up my phone and there was a noticeable scratch on the backing. I pointed it out to him and he said "it's okay!! Next time you break it, come back and I'll help you" what?? Next time I break it? lol. I asked him if he'll go down to $140 since it's scratched and he said no. After tax I paid $165. Wouldn't be irritated with the price if it were really good quality. The MagSafe doesn't even work anymore and I can no longer use any MagSafe mounts on my phone. Good thing I'm upgrading soon, but I wish I didn't bother replacing the back. Overall -- quality isn't the best and the customer service experience was below par. I'd recommend you pay a little more to get it done right by someone who will treat you like a valued customer.

I had some software and hardware issues with my iPhone 15 Pro not only did my screen turn completely white. I was told by the Apple Store that my phone sustained water damage, they couldn't fix it and that I had to purchase a new phone. They were wrong. After leaving the store, I noticed the kiosk at IRepair Xpert. I decided to see if there was any chance to bring my phone back to life and I'm so glad I found them. The owner Moni, said he was able to fix my phone and would have it done within 45 minutes. What I was extremely impressed with was that he took the time to show us all of the components and tell us exactly what was wrong with my phone. During the diagnostic, we saw what was wrong and he showed us what was being fixed. The knowledge and skill that he presented was just absolutely amazing, I couldn't believe he was able to fix my phone in only 20 minutes and a huge corporation like Apple couldn't repair my phone! His team was such a pleasure to work with and their professional and care they provided was incredible. It seems like there isn't anything they can't fix, they deserve my highest recommendation!
