    Worst phone experience I have ever had to deal with. I was ready to resort to just using mail to…read morecommunicate for the rest of my life after this experience. We walked in and there were no other customers and a full staff yet no one was willing to greet and help us. They were all speaking Spanish and no one was talking to us. We would ask a simple question that would lead them to conversing in Spanish for 5 minutes before we could get a response. We were not taken seriously. They would stop helping us and just start laughing and joking with each other all in Spanish like we weren't there. They insisted I had to get a new phone to switch to T-Mobile or else my phone wouldn't work... Which I used to work at AT&T and that's not a thing. The other phone provider will bill you for what's left on your phone but they won't shut your phone down. I was so done dealing with them I just ended up getting the new phone to be on my new husbands plan and it ended up being a 5 hour nightmare!!! Switching my phone took 5 hours!!!! Such a nightmare!!! Terrible service!

The woman kept her head down and only used a pen to point to the phones by the wall when I inquired about phones. I was desperate to purchase a phone before 8 pm. LOL my phone was lost at the BYU football game ( for 5 years I kept it safe and not one scratch on it ;( ) I was desperate). I needed it for work and to keep in contact with my clients. When all of the customers had left she finally helped me however, it turned out my brother had to come in to show his ID. While I waited It turned awkward. I sat on the bench in between the two agents. The one tried to speak English to the woman. She refused and kept speaking Spanish. I kept thinking..Ok I'm desperate just wait purchase your Iphone 16promax with all the "fixings" they should help you even though it feels like the twilight zone in here lol. It was silent except for the two agents conversing in Spanish. I almost thought I had turned invisible. They spoke to each other as if I were not even in the store. I live approx 5 min away from this store. This was the first time I had ever been in here. 1148 W 800 N Ste F Orem, Ut 84057 Unless you are a Spanish speaker, I would suggest going somewhere else as even the woman suggested to me. By the time my brother got there. We still had time however, I think he felt the awkwardness, he was "sis you sure you want to stay here, I usually go through the guy at the mall super helpful, I stood up immediately and said, YES! He explained they close at 9. I had never been so happy to walk out of somewhere. I had to blink and turn back to see if those two were really there. They were an odd pair. Barely said a word. For a minute I thought - Gosh I have cilents who go through Cricket because of their circumstances- "Did Cricket buyout T-mobile"? The level of customer service here was subpar enough to be matched to Cricket. I walked out NEVER to return even if I were ever to get desperate again. Which I prayer never happens.

We walked out of there in shock. We did not switch cell providers and will not. Verizon will never earn our business. That was the worst we have been treated in over a decade.

    If you come here, you have to ask for Nathan. He is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to…read morethe phones, plans, and everything in between. He knows the ins and outs of Verizon and is super customer friendly. I don't really like going to cell phone stores bc it's like going into a car dealership. And my past experience with the employees were ok. But Nathan made my experience a thousand times better. He fixed all my problems and listened to me. He did everything he could and went over and beyond in helping me and making sure I was happy and satisfied. He had to deal with a lot of issues with my phone and he fixed them all. He helped me fix my plan and made adjustments to it, got the phone I wanted when they didn't even have it in stock, and transferred all my data to my new phone without any issues. Sometimes data gets lost when you don't do it right. He explained everything clearly, especially with the payment and plan. He was also very patient and kind. And super smart! I told him he should work for apple as a tech guy and do sales at Verizon at the same time bc he's so knowledgeable and helpful. This store is lucky to him. His customer service skills are superb. I was very upset when I came in and he fixed everything and made me a happy customer. Always ask for Nathan if you want to be treated right.
