However, the guy that helped me was more into their shenanigans than helping with my needs. He was a nice guy, after about 5 minutes. Kept calling me "bro", thought that was a tad unprofessional but hey, I am ok with it. Overall, he did install a new SIM card in my phone, which didn't fix the problem. So, after 5 minutes of looking around for a new phone, and listening to the constant roar of laughter by the employees silly antics, my sales rep came up to me and asked to try one more thing. He took my phone over and sprayed canned air in the SIM card slot and voila, my phone worked again. So, overall, my initial problem was resolved (and for free because it's a corporate office). Because they are all "allocated" for?? How did the person before say there was over 20 less than 24 hours before and magically they are now allocated? How are you going to have a brand new phone and not have the correct amount of inventory? It sounded like a bunch of made up excuses. Also told me to order my phone online? Then bring it in? Why the hell would I order it online to then waste time with them again? If I did it online it would only be beneficial to not have to come in. It's like doing half of their jobs for them. And I have to do it on the phone from an automated system which is unacceptable. Then on top of that the guy next to us, Joshua was being rude to an older lady next to us trying to upsell her and confusing her. She was so kind and he was SO rude and degrading to her. She said she had a bad experience with them and they basically said it wasn't true and the person with her had a different company and he would not leave her alone about changing when she didn't want to. Then she left & he started doing that to two other older ladies coming in about spam calls. If you go make sure you don't have Joshua he is on a rude power trip. All I have to say is with T Mobile I NEVER had these kinds of issues and their service actually worked. Version is horrible, their app also locks me out all the time and they constantly add on unknown charges.

Going back a few months ago I woke up to find I lost my iPhone the night before!!! It was practically new, I had no insurance on it... I didn't find all that out until the day after I lost it! Needless to say, I was devastated!!!!!! My cell phone is my life / brain!!! Without it, I had no access to any contacts, family or friends. Fast Forward.... My iphone just recently was found & it was not working!! I got in touch with a couple of other phone repair companies locally that told me there was no hope for my iphone they couldn't fix it & that I would have to buy a new one. Well Thursday I saw an add on Facebook MarketPlace for "Jeff-Tronics" in Conway. I sent them a text, they replied promptly to my messages got me in early the very next morning and they fixed it while I waited and didnt charge me an arm and a leg!!!!! Your store associate gave "Sam" keeps giving me the run around and saying the manager that took him 5 minutes to remember his name, Jim, will call me back and has not yet. If this isn't resolved by Monday, August 11, I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Apple, and local consumer protection, and will move forward with legal action and government resources.

As it turned out after the ran through several tests, mine had meet its end, based on age etc. They felt a new one was the cheapest way to go, and that's what I did.
