I was ready to give this place a bad review after my last experience. Basically all of my work…read moreclothes come from here and I was so embarrassed the last time I went in the store. Normally the people here are so nice, but this one guy stopped me when I was walking out because the sensor on one of my items tripped the alarm. I know what most would think, that's his job, but I got a bad vibe from how he did it considering 3 other people tripped the alarm and he let them leave. Anyway, when i pointed out the alarm went off 5 times while I was there he said "Yea but 2 times people were returning stuff." What a shame that this guy treated a loyal customer that way. I even told him that it was the plates we bought, without fail they set off the sensors every time my partner and I buy them. Instead of checking that first he goes rooting through my bag like I am a criminal. This guy does not deserve his job there! For how expensive the clothing is there he should treat people with respect. Each and every person who set off the sensor should have been stopped, what if they bought something and did not have tags removed or what if they stole something? Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I got exceptional treatment again, in fact better than I have ever gotten. This young man Christian who works there helped me process what I thought was going to be a return. Instead, he found the pants my partner wanted, in her size! This is not the first time I have seen him here, and it is not the first time he has provided great service, but he went above and beyond today.

NOT this store, from the moment I walked in the door, I knew the customer services was not up to par. I went there to buy something for an event. I asked the clerk, which could have even been a manager from the conversations I overheard with other clerks, for assistance in finding something to wear under a sweater. She pointed around the store and said there is many things in here. Then she tried to make a comeback after I told her she made it clear did not want to assist me. She has a poor attitude and customer service.

The walk path as many others have referenced are covered, which makes it nice when it's a very hot day. Also, the paths are so wide that you don't feel like you are crowded on top of one another. I also appreciate that they have a food court and various ice cream and coffee shops so if you need a quick bite it is easily accessible to you. Found parking to be easy to navigate and there are several different sections and lots. I didn't find a ton of discounts for reduced prices compared to what I would have expected for an outlet, but it's still fun to kill time when you are looking for something other than the beach to do.
