They barely spoke when I entered the store and failed to address me for the next ten minutes while I was in the store. I happen to be black. I purposely lingered in the area where salespeople were standing, to see if anyone would offer their help. In the mean time they were devoting their time, conversation and attention to the two or three Caucasian women that were shopping. It was Gail who helped me the entire time of this ordeal, including after the police had arrived and the store manager had gotten involved, of which neither was any help. It was Gail who allowed me to use the store's phone to cancel my credit cards. Gail who called & texted my daughter from her cell hoping my daughter would respond. She did and Gail saved the day. We entered the store, grabbed a wagon just in case, and started looking around. Like any Kohls, they have clothes for men, women, kids, juniors, and baby; They have bras, and underwear as well. They have bedding like sheets and comforters, as well as kitchen and bath towels. although i noticed very limited colors. I would think with spring coming soon, we'd have more colors like red, yellow, light green, blue, etc. Anyways, they also have some lamps and mirrors, as well as picture frames for decorations. We spent most of our time browsing the home section to see if anything looked good for us. but nothing was of interest, and we left without buying anything. Oh, and did use the restrooms here, and they were clean. Sometimes Kohls can be a hit or miss. Anyways, would be back soon!

I complained to the manager and he told me prices change too often and he had a hard time getting people to change prices on his merchandise. He gave me a gift card and I spoke to him multiple times about my dislike of shopping in a store with no prices on merchandise. Fast forward. He lands a job at this Big Lots. And guess what happens there now? Much of the merchandise is unpriced. No price on the shelf or the items. Drives me crazy. I picked up a half a dozen items from different departments yesterday to find no price! So, if you don't mind shopping that way go for it. I am on a budget and need to know how much things are. update Big lots is asking me to send them a private message! There's no way to do a private message on this forum. This is a public review forum. And the only things I need to do to make me happy as a customer is price their products. And this is not due to the pandemic this is been this way forever since the new manager came on board from Kmart. so Big lots if you're reading this there's no way to send you a private message!
