I have been thrift store shopping up and down the coast and this store is one of the best that I have found. Their prices are great the selection is really varied. I purchased several bracelets a leather purse and some other items and when I got up to the counter to review all my items they discounted a lot of my things for me. OMG Moved in my town home in 10/20 and had only a couch and bed. It was so empty. Went to Consign@5th and fell in love with everything. I saw nothing that overpriced. I got a complete dining/bar stool/bedroom/living furniture. It is beautiful. The sales person, forgive me I forgot her name was wonderful. I went home and to measure space and heights and she held the stuff I had my eye on for me. Got at great deal. Will always recommend and will be a return shopper. read more

This is a ridiculously priced consignment shop! I understand that there are higher end items here but for what they charge I can add a little more and buy it new! Not a reputable place, beware taking items to them. I took five pieces of very good furniture to them for consignment. They inspected my items, accepted them, unloaded them and we signed a contract for 90 days. Within 7 days, I found they had called a local thrift store to pick up my items WITHOUT my consent. Beware. Am looking to furnish our newly purchased beach house and spotted the flashing OPEN sign a little after 5 on a Friday, so was excited to look around. Opened the door and the lady barked "We're CLOSED!" Uhm, okay. Then turn off your OPEN sign and lock the door. OR how about showing some great customer service by smiling and saying, "We're actually closed, but we'll wait while you have a look." I had flashbacks to that scene in Pretty Woman. Big mistake! Huge! My excitement for this place is gone and I won't be back. read more

Follow-up: Went in to get my check and was ask about my experience from what I asume was owner. Told her my wife did not read contract that stated terms. Owner ask why I would not "consign again", I told her of my dislike of 60 day pay policy. She yelled at me! I never raised my voice i simply answered her question. She then told me I must be stupid and she has 2000 customers and does not have time to follow-up with all her customers...excuse me, I guess she is doing all of us a favor!
