They suggested pieces that fit our needs, wants, and budget. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various pieces and John's enthusiasm and artistic flair made something as mundane as furniture shopping a fun and enlightening experience. We ended up buying a dining room and living room set. They delivered it quickly and the three men delivering the furniture were prompt, friendly, and competent.
