I recently purchased a $250 Lilly Pulitzer bag from Pink and Red and unfortunately had a very…read moredisappointing experience. The bag was shipped in nothing more than a poly mailer and it arrived damaged during shipping. I contacted the store owner/manager, Jessica, right away to explain the situation and express how upset I was. Instead of trying to make things right, I was told the item was "final sale" and that I was basically stuck with a damaged bag. She later offered store credit only, which I declined because I expected a refund for an item that arrived damaged due to poor packaging. She told me not to place any future orders because she would not fulfill them. As a customer spending that kind of money, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend ordering from this store based on my experience. Poor packaging, refusal to properly resolve the issue at first, and rude customer service made this a very frustrating transaction. And to top it off, it was a gift with purchase at the time and she would not include the free gift even though I spent $250.
