this is the only BELK in the city of Conway. If you really want to go Belk shopping you are going to need to go down to the coastal Grand Mall. however this particular Belk is a store that gets items that the other Belk stores cannot sell. This store has no organization. Store is a total nightmare. Racks and shelves are so close together that you can barely move about. Stuff everywhere. Selection is horrible. Insult to Conway shoppers! read more

I was in Belk to do a return because the item had a hole in the sleeve. The lady at service desk was really sweet and professional. She had to consult with a manager about my return because it was scanning a different price than when I purchased it a week ago. The manager came over and really rude, when I couldn't find the hole immediately, even though the cashier told her I had showed it to her. I won't be back. There was no reason for her to act in the way. read more

New to the area this year and thought I would check out this department store?? I went in looking for curtains - don't have them. The bed and bath department is so small that if you take 10 steps you have walked through the entire department. I wasn't even sure if they were still open since there were only like 5 cars in parking lot the day I visited. Four words for this store - THEY NEED TO CLOSE.. read more

Entered, and grabbed a wagon, and also forgot that there is a hair salon in this location. We parked near the home and pharmacy section because that's what we needed basically the home stuff. Went to the toiletries section and brought crest scope 3 pack toothpaste, and also 2 packs of always sanitary napkins. Also found a eon shaving cream that works well for me, and helps with shaving and has no itch afterwards. We then headed to the card section, and I actually found a fathers day card for 1.00! They had quite some selections too, both regular and discounted. even found a retirement card, but then put it back after ringing it up and it was $5.00! Then we went to the back to the toiletries section, and got 1 lysol mango hibscous. The only thing is that they didn't have a combo pack for that one. We also brought some milk, yogurts and salads. Went to the self checkout when done. This self checkout does not have an item limit like the one on myrtle ridge. So both my mom and I paid for our items at the self checkout. Oh, and it's okay because it doesn't seem like they are missing anything, but when I scanned the sanitary napkins the package was open slightly. For my items I paid 45.64 and charged it to a credit card. Store was clean and organized. Would definitely be back!

It is either returned merchandise or overstock. There is usually a sticker that gives a brief description of the product with a bar code and letter/numeric item number you can scan using the Amazon app. You are not to open any boxes or packages. If you want to see what is in a box take it to the Opening Station. At the Opening Station, a staff member will open the item where you can check the contents and test to see if it works. After you are done they will tape it back up. All sales are final. I have been going to Bin Stores for a few years now. I am a frequent shopper at my local Bin store where the staff are friendly, the store is clean and they check the bins periodically during the day. I was at the beach for for almost 2 months and went to the Coastal Bin Store while I was there. This store was just as well stocked, clean and organized as my store back home. The employees were all very nice and helpful. I will definitely shop here when I am in town. I have recommended this store to my other bin store friends who have family or vacation there.
