I wish I could give this place a zero rating. They SUCK more than any business in the entire state maybe country. I decided to switch from AT&T after six hours in the store things were still not resolved. Then I spoke to four different representatives on the phone. As of now things are still messed up. I don't know if the company is a disgrace but everything that was told to me in the store was wrong. They lied to me about cost, plans, Internet, free Netflix, and Apple TV. It was all lies after hours on the phone with representatives, they established that yes, everything was a lie. I'm imagining they probably were trying to make a sales quota. Right now I am up to over 10 hours of stress and aggravation. I thought AT&T sucked but compared to T-Mobile. They are awesome. I HATE T-MOBILE read more

I want to thank Samantha for trying as hard as she possibly could to help me transfer my apps , contacts & photos from my broken Samsung S22 onto my new replacement phone. But when you have a broken phone missing half the screen and no keyboard, it's next to impossible ,so she knew cell phone cpr was the place to go. I had originally gone into Tmobile and thought I had to buy a new one. She luckily looked up my account and advised me to file an insurance claim ( which I had forgotten I even had insurance) I have had t mobile for 20+ years and am glad they have Honest ,professional and Friendly associates like Samantha. I highly recommend & appreciate the store in Murrells inlet on bi pass 17. Great job!! read more

T-Mobile internet fails to provide service they promise. We tried for over a month to get the kinks out of our service and finally gave up and cancelled the service. They have no technicians that can cone to your home to fix the problems. We spent many hours on the phone to no avail. Do not sign up for their internet. I give them a zero rating. Went into store this week about 4pm this week. It was not busy at the time. I was a Sprint customer and had received two phones by mail from T Mobile for the changeover. I asked for help in activating the new phones. The manager(owner maybe) told me that he couldn't help me and I would have to go to a "corporate store." I found this odd since my next door neighbor had also just received his new phone, like mine, and a girl in the same store had switched his over for him two days prior. So I returned home since this man had told me there was nothing he could do, and I proceeded to attempt to figure it out myself. After a little while, I was finally successful in pairing the devices, switching the data, and then switching and activating the new phones. It was quite evident the store could have done this for me, probably in far less time, but he simply didn't want to do it since I had not purchased the phones from him! Since he wasn't gaining anything monetarily from it, he didn't want to spend his time. Well, his loss because when I am ready to upgrade the two phones, I won't go to his store. I was still a T Mobile customer and he just didn't want to help. read more

Wish the other carriers had service like the staff at this T Moble!Had we known, we would have switched sooner.We drove down from Raleigh with three new S8+ phones purchased on line ...to visit my daughter in Litchfield.We wanted to get here as fast as possible before stopping, so put off the phone hook up.We ran in at 645 on Friday...The store was closing at 7PM...Derek said, no problem!to transfer 3 lines from Verizon AND to transfer all our data.He zipped through them like a hot knife in butter.1,2,3....That said, we left an hour later phones all set and Derek giving us his card for ANY questions.He is a five star employee, who made this network shine for our famiy.My daughter recommended Derek to us, and we to you.Thanks Derek for helping the Abadie and Shea families. read more

This place was great Derek really helped us with are new phones that we got from t-moble .we had the best customer service.If you are looking for a great T-moble store come to this one.This store had everything we needed for are phones and a great supply of items to choose from.
